Location is amazing close to Tokyo Tower and public transportation
After the super small rooms in Tokyo, we decided to get a twin room and there was lots of space. The hotel is close to JR and subway stations
The area is ok, nice and safe, but not as exciting or typical as others
The hotel staff were very friendly and the hotel was in a good location to the monorail - this was helpful when getting it to and from the airport. The beds were comfortable.
The bathroom toilet and shower head were unfortunately not clean. The air condition unit was also very smelly so I decided to turn it off due to the smell. I was only staying for one night so it wasn’t a massive issue, but I was a bit disappointed by this. However, the room itself was spotlessly clean.
Loved this location and hotel. So much food around and perfect next to the train line. We were meant to stay in Shinjuku and hated our hotel room there and area, so we paid to stay here for the last 2 nights of the holiday. Staff are amazing and it’s very clean and comfortable.

Location was good with metro close by. Room was clean and you can request every day cleaning (if it's required) Breakfast was ok, but nothing special.
Staff had limited knowledge of English which resulted in difficulty in communication. Rooms were extremely small with limited space for luggages. No receipt is provided if you book online!!
Hotel a Minato, posizione ottima per vedere Roppongi, Ginza e la Tokyo tower e visitare la zona del porto di Tokyo. Vicinissimo ai mezzi pubblici. Struttura pulita e con tutto il necessario. Ottimo servizio per il deposito bagagli.

Habitación y cama cómoda. Son “pequeñas” para el turista occidental pero están muy bien para lo que es tamaño en Japón. En el lobby dan diferentes productos de aseo y comodidad. La atención del personal fue excelente. Dato: enviamos las valijas a kyoto y este hotel tenía la tarifa más económica, más que otros hoteles que visitaron nuestros amigos. La ubicación es excelente, buen barrio con restaurantes locales. Cerca de dos líneas de subte. Se puede ir a la tokyo tower y a ginza caminando. Está muy bien conectado para ir rapidísimo a la zona de Asakusa, Ueno, akihabara, etc.

飯店地理位置很棒，離車站很不遠，進出機場很方便，還可以散步到芝公園，還能夠欣賞到不同時間與不同角度的東京鐵塔，此次入住的房型房間大小很夠用，行李全攤開也沒問題，住起來也很舒適。
The location was perfect if you want to use public transport. Tokyo Tower is also close by.

The staff was overly helpful, always greeted you with a smile and if you had any questions or needed help their were there to help perfectly.
If i ever travel around Tokyo i will definitly look forward to stay again.

schone rustige kamer met goede bedden. Vriendelijke en behulpzame personeel. Rustige locatie, je kunt s nachts goed slapen. Dicht bij metro 200 m. Makkelijk hele stat te bereiken.
Dat is geen min punten, onze verblijf van echt top!!! Hotel was boven onze verwachtingen.
Location was great, very near the station and lots of places to eat nearby where I can see many locals eat at as well. They provide pretty much everything, from pajamas to face wash, face cream, hair brush, etc. You don't need to bring daily necessities if you're staying here. Facilities were also clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful. A great experience!
Rooms were a little small but to be expected for Tokyo standards.
We loved this location! Train station was a 6 minute walk, so close to great food places and 7 elevens. The room was a good size ( still small but we could easily open our suitcases). We didn’t want to leave. Staff were lovely and accommodating to me wanting to be on a lower floor. Also so close to Tokyo Tower!
