Nobody was at the front desk to answer questions, multiple times...
Pros:

Everything was good. I liked the comfortable bed, and overall, the room was good!

Cons:

When we got there, the toilet didn't flush properly, we almost requested another room, but my husband fixed it.

Pros:

Very new, clean, modern, and spacious room. The furniture was cleverly spaced to maximize space, and everything seemed clean and neat. The lobby and breakfast stations were also well furnished and clean.

Cons:

At night the heater would randomly turn on or off at night. It was very loud, making sleeping hard.
