Ok with paper thin walls and a loud AC I. The room.
Pros:

The hotel was clean and was in a great location.

Cons:

Walks are very thin. Could hear people in the hallway and walking above us. The AC was also terribly loud.

La dimensione della camera, l'arredo moderno e funzionale, buona e varia colazione. Comodo il bollitore in camera per caffè e te.

Cons:

Un problema con la regolazione dell'acqua calda in doccia, usciva bollente e non si poteva miscelare. Purtroppo siamo rimasti una sola notte e non l'abbiamo fatto presente allo staff.

A wonderful and restful stay
Pros:

I really liked how the staff tried to help us with anything that we needed. There were kind and hospitable and was carrying, and asked this questions about how our day was. A manager was there, and she was very hospital. As well. The whole stuff is attentive to our needs. I feel like it was a very excellent experience.

Pros:

I had to check out one day early because of a family loss. The hotel did not properly update my checkout, and I have been trying to receive a credit or refund for the unused night. The lack of follow-up and difficulty getting this resolved have been very frustrating.

Cons:

The stay was fine, but the unresolved refund for my unused night left me very disappointed

The staff wasn’t responsive, and the furniture was disgusting and smelly
Pros:

I always choose to stay at Comfort Inn Suites. I liked that they were clean and the beds were comfortable.

Cons:

This stay was very different. There was white smudges all over the cushions on the sofa like if someone previously had a wild night on them. The linen they had provided to me, smiled musty, as if they weren’t washed correctly. The elevator stunk. And the staff wasn’t so nice. I reached out to the general manager a few times, but haven’t got a response from him yet. I’ve tried to contact him for three days in a row. I left him an email as well and I have not got a response from Chad Garcia. This is very disappointing. I’ve always loved staying at this hotel but this day was very uncomfortable.

Great value and location near a lot of great places
Pros:

Very clean and new facility. Room was very spacious with a nice couch to sit and relax. I liked having some carpet in the room. Like the location right next to pop stroke golf.

Cons:

Breakfast had great variety and lots of things to choose from. I would have liked to see some real oatmeal instead of the instant package stuff.
