Great stay in the city
Pros:

Accommodation was spacious and very clean. All staff we met were very friendly and professional.

Fin stor pool, godt værelse.

Cons:

Personalet virkede generelt ligeglade, og man skulle trække svar ud af dem når vi havde spørgsmål. Derudover manglede vi poolhåndklæder (vi havde ikke fået nye efter rengøring), men blev mødt med at vi selv skulle løse det nede ved poolen.
Derudover står alt pålæg og ost på morgenmad udenfor, uden køl eller afdækning ved morgenmaden..
Vi blev også afvist i baren en time før der stod de havde lukketid.

great views, great staff, horrible plumbing
Pros:

staff were supportive and very efficient.
had our room swapped for the final day once they realised they couldn't fix the plumbing.
original room is now sealed for repairs.
view from the rooms were great.

Cons:

unfortunately our room had a plumbing issue and smelled like sewerage for 3 days.
housekeeping never flagged it with anyone during the daily cleans.
we had to flag it ourselves with management - they got housekeeping to check, and all they ended up doing was stuffing a urinal mat in the floor drain

Was a nice place but not great to walk out from as the walk was far poorly lit and the pavement is in poor condition

Had someone else’s socks left and very little toilet roll provided. Both bathrooms had about 25% of a full toilet roll.

When 4 is really 3
Pros:

50m pool was good for swimming, location easy to walk to shopping center, restaurants and 7-11.

Cons:

We booked an executive suite - for four people, but it was most definitely only for 3. 2 beds, one single. 3 sets of cutlery etc. The duty manager tried to tell me three people were supposed to sleep in the double!

The gym equipment was old - plastic peeling off the handles on the x trainer for example, which made it hard use.

Breakfast was a bit weird and not really 5 star - the colds cuts and cheese were outside, for example, without any ice or refrigeration. Who wants sweating blue cheese for breakfast!

Alternative zu einem Hotelzimmer
Pros:

Das Apartment war ausreichend groß, schöner Blick auf die Petronas Towers
Wasch-Trockner in der Wohnung

Cons:

Das zweite Schlafzimmer war sehr klein und ohne Fenster.
Der Frühstücksbereich war nach neun Uhr sehr abgenutzt.
Es befindet sich kein Mini Shop im Gebäude. Man muss mindestens 600 m gehen, um Kleinigkeiten zu kaufen, ggf bei Regen oder Hitze.

NADA, toda la estancia en este hotel fue muy desagradable.

Cons:

Reservamos y pagamos una habitación para cuatro personas: dos adultos y dos niñas, de 3 y 7 años. Sin embargo, a nuestra llegada, se nos asignó una habitación con 1 cama de matrimonio y una cama individual. Cuando bajamos al recepción a explicar la situación, nos dijeron que si queríamos una cama adicional, tendríamos que pagar un suplemento. Tuvimos que dormir juntos en la cama de matrimonio aunque habíamos pagado un habitación para 4 personas. Yo soy celíaca y aún habiendo hecho la petición de pan sin gluten o algo para el desayuno (en Junio), a la hora de hacer el checkin lo volví a decir, pues en el desayuno al día siguiente nos dijeron que desde recepción no les habían informado y no tenían nada para mí. La mermelada estaba caducada, la cafetera estropeada y la tostadora tampoco funcionaba. Los empleados no tienen nada de empatía, no están formados y tienen nada de profesionalidad a la hora de tratar con el cliente y realizar sus tareas. Mis hijas sólo querían que nos fueramos de allí. EL MAYOR DESASTRE QUE HE VIVIDO EN UN HOTEL.
