A good hotel in a good location. Staff were pleasant and helpful but we encountered some issues with the cleanliness in

Great location, close to Petronas Towers and several malls.
Good value for money.
Staff polite and friendly.
On site softplay.

Cons:

Room was generally clean and tidy, however there sofa was really badly stained and the toilets smelt quite heavily of drains. Had to close the bathroom doors during the night as the smell was keeping us awake.
“Kids Pool” is tiny.
Softplay isn’t included in the price.

All about this hotel is superb. A large parking area, large swimming pool, whynsport for kids.

Cons:

The excessive number of messages from the host was rather annoying, and the counter staff member was a foreigner—possibly from India or Bangladesh—whose English was hard to understand due to a very strong native accent. I could only guess at what he was trying to convey and luckily what i guess is true..

Do not expect a 5 star stay/property, this is at best a 3 star hotel and if that is the benchmark then it is decent
Pros:

Spacious rooms, good pool area with kids facilities, close to KLCC, good views of the Petronas Twin Towers.

Cons:

Old dated building and rooms, smell of sewer from the toilet, reception staff seemed demotivated and not too bothered, no sofa beds in the property.

Great view, comfy stay but a few hiccups to address
Pros:

- The room was spacious with a lovely bed, and the KLCC view was stunning.
- Free parking was available with ample space, even during peak periods and school holiday.

Cons:

- The guest bathroom in my room had an unpleasant smell that lingered throughout the room. I tried running the water to clear it but it didn't help.
- The receptionist didn't provide any information on hotel facilities such as swimming pool level, snow play area etc including breakfast details (level and timing), I had to message the hotel after check-in to find out.
- No shops nearby. The hotel could benefit from having a mini-mart or vending machine on-site, as there are no shops within a 500m radius.

Overall, the residence was clean and comfortable, but the breakfast experience and service could be improved.
Pros:

the comfortable environment, and the fact that it was well equipped with everything we needed.

Cons:

I was disappointed with the breakfast experience. The dining area was too small and there were not enough seats during peak hours. The food replenishment was also quite slow, and the food selection and quality were fairly average considering the relatively high price. I also found communication with some of the staff difficult, as they did not understand basic Bahasa Melayu.
