On your way back from KLCC the road is steep. So if you are with kids and infant you need to take the grab.

Very bad hotel, extremely dangerous for children, I mean, how can it be to find a rusted blade near the kids' swimming pool, and a rusted sharp metal bar, if I didn't see it, my two-year-old child could end up in the hospital with very serious injuries, open electric wires near the children's swimming pool.
The worst and most dangerous thing, on our floor (43rd) and I think many floors, the end of the floor is open, no sign or anything to stop a curious child to climp the window (almost 1.4 m).
It should be rated far less than 3 stars, not 5.

Who decided how many stars this hotel should have?
The room was very dirty and smell after cigarettes when you turned off the AC. All the floors are very dirty and full of dust.

Unfriendly security at the gate and at the swimming pool.
A very poor breakfast buffet.
the picturs in the thier website or booking com not like th reality at all.

also they show that there are places for children, like Snow or a playground, but they are not included in the booking, and you have to pay much extra to get access, full of lies.
If I didn't see it in my own eyes, I would never believe it. I included pictures.

I am asking Booking.com to kindly refund my money and investigate the issues at this hotel.
