Heel fijn hotel voor een kort verblijf in Kyoto
Pros:

Mooi hotel en heerlijke kamers. Vriendelijk personeel. De shuttle service is heel fijn. Het ontbijt was goed maar in een vrij donkere ruimte.

Cons:

De locatie vonden wij wat tegenvallen, er zijn betere plekken om in Kyoto te verblijven. We hadden dit hotel gekozen vanwege het terras maar daar was helaas niets te doen. Wij hebben geen gebruik gemaakt van de restaurant en barfaciliteiten dus geen idee wat de kwaliteit is.

Pros:

Modern design. Spacious rooms. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

Service was below expectations. Prepare to be asked to join a waiting list to check in (even if you arrive after official check in begins). Not welcoming atmosphere and some employees on the front desk require additional training on how to treat their guests.
