Comfortable, excellent location and staff.
Pros:

Excellent location near shrines and the canal, subway close by, courteous staff, excellent breakfast, railway station shuttle. Hotel staff were kind enough to store our luggage prior to stay.

Cons:

Rather dim lighting around mirror area in room.

Muy cuidado y profesional

Cons:

En un momento quisimos lavar la ropa y estaban todas las lavadoras ocupadas. Además, al acabar la primera de ellas, no venía nadie a recogerla y no se podía sacar la ropa porque tiene un PIN de seguridad, por lo que tardamos bastante en poder lavar.

De lokatie was uitstekend en de kamer was heel comfortabel.

Cons:

De bediening in het restaurant wilde je alleen maar dure menu’s verkopen. Toen we gewoon iets wilden eten, hadden ze geen interesse meer voor ons en stonden ze met zijn vieren om een tafel die wat meer te verteren hadden

Peaceful, clean, free upgrade to a suite, always excellent service, great location (we were able to walk to the Philosopher's Path as well as the Gion district). Loved the bathtub in the suite, comfortable bed.
