The property is clean, has spacious rooms, staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The cafe and bar have decent choices, I enjoyed the patties. Swimming pool is small still a good feature.

The checked in process was lengthy because of unnecessary forms that needs to submitted
Really loved the hotel, decore different and unique, good ambience. Staffs was friendly and great overall including domestic staffs, however staff Jada was brilliant, at the time of check in after long travel in traffic to get there, she was so pleasant, patience and attentive and made our day with a seamless check in process and was very satisfied with our room. Loved it wish i could have stayed another night.
No space or facility to dry small clothing if needs be.

No me gustó el trato del personal. No hay Apple Pay solo con tarjeta física, en el comedor al desayunar me dijeron que mi familia (un bebé de 1 año, un niño de 10 mi esposa y yo) éramos muy ruidosos y que debíamos permanecer callados. Perdí un bolso en la puerta y el personal no me ayudó a recuperarlo ni ver las cámaras. Desayuno no incluido. Parking se paga adicional 20 usd por día. Llegue 11:45 pm y nos hicieron esperar 45 minutos para la habitación.

Visited the bar and Clifton was an amazing bartender, great service, attentive and really good drinks. However the cost I had to pay to park was ridiculous had to keep watching the clock as parking is not subsidised which is crazy.

My stay at this hotel was disappointing because the housekeeping service fell well below expectations. Although the beds were made each day, the room was not properly cleaned. The floors and other areas appeared untouched, giving the impression that only the beds had been tidied.
The towel service was also inadequate. Our room accommodated two guests, yet after taking away the used towels, housekeeping replaced them with only one towel. In addition, the bath mats and washcloths were not replaced at all, leaving us without the basic amenities expected during our stay.
Good housekeeping is an important part of the overall guest experience, and unfortunately, it did not meet a satisfactory standard. I hope management addresses these issues to improve the quality and consistency of their room service for future guests. I didn’t even bother to try their food..
