The hotel is modern.

Cons:

The food was very average. The breakfast was below average and staff dont hesitate to ask for tips during the morning service for breakfast. The A la carte menu is very normal and prices are very high. The AC in the room was very noisy. No room service.

Very comfortable. The night was buzzing with live entertainment, so it was noisy, but I was okay with that. It was a night for an event.

Cons:

The outskirts of the area need to be developed. There's a deterioration of the waterfront, which is very sad. The waterfront was a very nice place during the 80s. I wish it could return to its former years.

My stay at the ROK Hotel Kingston in Downtown Kingston, Jamaica was the best hotel ever.

They even upgraded our room because I told them in advance I was celebrating my children's great CSEC results and my birthday. They decorated the room with gold balloons and gave us a One-Bedroom King Suite with an Ocean View, along with beautiful notes.

The food was delicious. The breakfast buffet was awesome, just like a 5-star all-inclusive hotel.🌹

The area was so peaceful, with couples and people walking the streets at all hours of the night holding hands. The breeze and the view from the sea were awesome. My children had a wonderful time. 🥳

I loved the art... the breakout room... love, love it. The staff were the best. Special shout out to our beautiul customer service rep. Miss Precious. 🙏

God is good.

Pros:

Confmy and clean rooms, decent gym and good vibe in the bar by the pool, good choice for breakfast, and the location is conveniently close to the national art gallery and the sea front.

Cons:

Nothing in particular although it would have been nice to have check out at noon instead of 11am but this seems to be the norm in Jamaica.
