Ok for a short stay
Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful

Cons:

Rooms are extremely dark and quite dated. The facilities were generally quite dirty- particularly the pool

Very disappointing
Pros:

Second disappointing stay at this hotel.
Stayed June 5th whilst transferring and again June 12th.
Our stay on the 5th there were constant power outages and also the hot water in the bathroom was scalding hot!
Room and bathroom very dated and in need of an uplift!
The bedding is microfibre and not of the usual standard of Hilton. Very uncomfortable to sleep on!
My food in the restaurant was so poor and sent it back but on the plus side the restaurant manager was outstanding and was quick to rectify the issue.
Tonight is our second stay and feel the same about the room and bedding.
We are about to try the restaurant and hopefully the food will be okay.

Moo zwembadgedeelte en mooie bar, lekker eten, maar wat ben je met de buitenruimte als je er niet mag roken als roker?

Cons:

Als roker pas je je continu aan iedereen aan. Om dan in zo'n hotel op je laatste.dag te moeten horen dat je enkel buiten aan de voordeur mag roken. Je betaalt 260 euro voor een nacht en krijgt als 1ste antwoord: wij hebben nog clienten?! Excuseer, en wat ben ik dan? Nooit meer!

We were very pleased and would definitely stay again.

Overall it was great. We had a super time

Cons:

I was disappointed with the Grill Bar. I placed an order, sat and waited for more than half an hour, within view of the bar staff. I was notified that my food was ready. It was luke warm finally and the chips had to be recooked. The Grill Bar was the only let down of our time.

Cons:

Angekommen um 0.30h durch Verspätung der Airline und es war nicht möglich auch nur ein Glas Wasser zu bekommen.
Die gebuchte Jun. Sweet Apartement hatte einen Ausblick auf ein halb verfallenes Parkhaus. Im Apartment gab es nicht mal ein
Löffel, Glas oder Teller und keine Minibar. Dann kann ich auch ein billiges B&B nehmen.

Beautiful and friendly Jada
Pros:

I stayed at the Roc, which i was a little skeptical about. But upon meeting Jada, it changed my whole perception. She is the nicest and most pleasant person i have ever met. I would come back just because of her. I also was talking to my staff members, which she had stayed there after me, and both of us came out with the same person and have the same experience. It was such a delight to meet her and she is a great asset to your company.

That incident killed my joy a few days before I was up in the air and joked with Jada promising to give the Hotel an exc

Property is centrally located was very convenient for my planned events.

Cons:

All staff where excellent would go extra mile to satisfy their guests can't thank enough particularly Jada who handled by check-in and all my payments, as I found it difficult converting Pounds to Dollars
Only one receptionist who treated us so badly and rude when she was confused, saying we had an outstanding bill for parking for 3 days. We had cleared all our bill with Jada inclusive of everything and parking. Only to receive a call that we have a bill outstanding on parking and were threatened to call security in us. We spent thousands on our stay and food and someone wants to ruin our holiday with only 44 US dollars. Shame on this particular receptionist.
