The location
- the AC was bad. It keeps switching off every now and then. Even after two visit from the maintenance team!!
- there was bad scent.
- partial sea view. I barely could see the sea (not matching the description/photos while booking)
- when ordering food (delivery) I was asked to go down to the lobby to get it. While other hotels are happy to bring it to my room.
