Das Hotel hat für uns einfach rundum gepasst. Die Lage ist perfekt! Wir konnten alles super gut zu Fuß erreichen und Porto ganz entspannt entdecken.
Das Frühstück war jeden Tag ein Highlight und hat den Start in den Tag richtig schön gemacht.
Ganz besonders in Erinnerung bleibt uns aber das Team an der Rezeption: so herzlich, freundlich und unglaublich hilfsbereit, egal mit welcher Frage wir gekommen sind. Man merkt einfach, dass hier mit viel Engagement gearbeitet wird.
Wir hatten wirklich eine ganz tolle Zeit und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Pros:

The location was perfect, lovely room and a nice touch having cookies and fruit after check in delivered to our room. Great shower and bed! The breakfast was absolutely amazing thanks to the manager Augustus who is in charge and so accommodating!

Ideales Hotel für Portos Altstadt
Pros:

Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer, jeden Tag etwas Süßes, Wasser und Obst auf dem Zimmer, das Personal war freundlich, das Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut und die Lage für einen Besuch der Altstadt optimal.

Super emplacement pour un bel hôtel
Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel, la décoration des chambres et des parties communes, l'emplacement

Cons:

Pour les gens sensibles au bruit, mieux vaut se passer de la vue sur la ville et demander une chambre sur l'arrière de l'hôtel

Trotz den 2 Kritikpunkten hat es uns im Hotel sehr gut gefallen

Kein Frühstück gebucht

Cons:

Reinigung könnte besser sein. Nach Reinigung der Putzfrau hatte es auf dem Teppich weiterhin Schmutz (wahrscheinlich nicht gesaugt)
Badzimmer müsste Boden intensiver nass aufgenommen werden.

Viele kleine liebevolle Details ( Beschriftung Treppenhaus, Hygieneartikel) mit Augenzwinkern und Humor.
Alles vorhanden, was es braucht, um einen guten Aufenthalt zu haben.
Gute Bar, am Wochenende sogar mit DJ

Cons:

Das Hotel liegt an einer sehr stark frequentierten Straße ( dafür mit tollem Blick auf die Kathedrale), daher ist es sehr laut. Mit offenem Fenster schlafen nicht möglich

Excellent. We were there the night of the FC Porto celebrations which was a great experience.
Pros:

Location was fantastic, overlooking the cathedral.
It was also close to the top of the funicular railway which meant you could sightsee & walk downhill to the river front, then for 4 euros, could get a ride back up the hill!
The hotel delivered some fruit and cakes to our room each day, which was a lovely touch.
Staff at the desk were very helpful and professional.
Would definitely stay there again.

Cons:

Breakfast was ok as a buffet, but not a particularly extensive and probably wasnt worth the 20 euros each.
