Location, comfortable bed, quiet room

Cons:

Bedroom floor was a sticky plastic mat/vinyl covering instead of plain wood floors or a regular carpet. I would have preferred a different material for the flooring and I know it sounds ridiculous but when you take your shoes off it's just not the most comfortable experience. Otherwise it was fine!

Amazing team leading the hotel…staff and Manager
Pros:

Great location, charming decor with great staff. The manager (Rogerio Martins) made us fell welcome with personal recommendations. Also when my daughter left her medicine in the room while we were at the airport he went above and beyond to ensure we got the medicine with Uber. Thank you very much .

Cons:

Breakfast was disgraceful, we stayed for 4 mornings and every morning was a challenge. Had to request everything from mile to fruit to eggs to tea bags as routine. For a Hilton I would expect a whole different experience.

Z okazji moich 50. urodzin wybraliśmy Porto i nie mogliśmy trafić lepiej.
Hotel zrobił na nas świetne wrażenie od pierwszych chwil. Pokój był perfekcyjnie czysty, komfortowy i przygotowany z ogromną dbałością o każdy szczegół. Jednak tym, co wyróżnia to miejsce, są ludzie – niezwykle życzliwi, uśmiechnięci i zawsze gotowi pomóc.
Największym zaskoczeniem była niespodzianka przygotowana z okazji moich urodzin. Hotel pamiętał o tej dacie podczas naszego pobytu i czekała na nas butelka doskonałego wina musującego, pyszny tort oraz piękny, odręcznie napisany list z życzeniami. To był bardzo elegancki i wzruszający gest.
Kiedy wydawało się, że to już koniec niespodzianek, po południu personel ponownie zapukał do naszego pokoju, przynosząc przepyszne portugalskie Pastéis de Nata, makaroniki i inne lokalne słodkości. Takiej troski o gości naprawdę się nie zapomina.
Dziękuję całemu zespołowi za sprawienie, że moje 50. urodziny były jeszcze bardziej wyjątkowe. Dzięki Wam czuliśmy się nie jak goście hotelowi, ale jak mile widziani przyjaciele.
Jeśli wrócimy do Porto, to właśnie tutaj. Z całego serca dziękujemy i gorąco polecamy ten hotel!

Wunderschönes kleines Hotel mit moderner Ausstattung im Zentrum von Porto.
Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet, alles war sauber und die Betten sehr bequem.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr abwechslungsreich und es hatte für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei.
Die Lage ist ideal um zu Fuss die Stadt zu erkunden.
Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.
