Ok for quick business not for a leisure trip
Pros:

Staff is good specially the servers in the restaurant

Cons:

Worn out property, feels like a cheap Hyatt. Cleaning in washrooms is extremely poor. Food quality is below par for the price charged

Cleanliness,Maintenance,pest free. The property was very clean and tidy. All the facilities like pool, gym etc offered were top notch. Special mention to the location of the property as the whole city was quite accessible.

Cons:

Unprofessional behaviour as at the time of booking the hotel had promised room decoration and a bday cake, but the same was never delivered.
Further the room service was slow.
Lack of staff was evident as there was a delay in the room service and no one was available for carrying luggage during check-out.

The hotel is absolutely superb! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was very courteous and helpful, and the overall hospitality was excellent. The ambience was pleasant, and everything was well maintained. Had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
