Pros:

Staff behaviour was impeccable; they always helped us with everything. Infact the only goof thing about the hotel are the staff.

Cons:

1. Food is disastrous. Not living up to the Hyatt brand name! If you’re a hotel in Jaipur and you can’t get a simple daal baati right, it is just beyond repair!

2. There was no hot water in the washbasin

3. No coffee sachets, or a simple Masala tea/ Assam tea was provided in the room. I don’t know what the creamers were for! You don’t use a creamer with green tea or English breakfast teas!

4. No handwash liquid in the washroom

5. Now the most important part. They were selling pickles in the store at the reception which was about to expire in 15 days. We bought a bottle without noticing it at the time of billing. Later after half an hour or so, when we saw it, we tried to get a refund. They refused to refund any money. We had to get some chips instead!

4. Overall, it’s a 3 star experience not a 5 star.

Pros:

I loved the staff at the front desk.i was staying alone and they gave me early check in.
Helped me with evryrhing possible especially the guy who I met can't remember his name.They made sure I ate inspite of me reaching back at 4am food was cooked.
I felt utmost safe and taken care off.Even the bell boy was very sweet.more than any facilities I think it's these small things which matter.

Good wifi, breakfast staff is very welcoming and professional

Cons:

Reception staff should learn to smile. With those long faces it kinda felt not welcomed. Location is sad too. In a hotel of this level there is only a hand shower in the bathroom.
