Pros:

Локация очень хорошая.

Cons:

На ресепшен не приняли банковскую карту, сославшись на отсутствие связи, пришлось мудрить с наличными (они оказались случайно). Номер был с окнами в общий коридор, где ходят другие постояльцы, пришлось находиться там с полностью закрытыми шторами, получается, что без окон.

Városnézéshez jó helyen volt. A személyzet kedves volt, segítőkész. Tiszta volt.

Cons:

Nem 5 csillagos szálloda, inkább 3-nak mondanám. A szoba ablaka a folyosóra nézett, így ha nem akartuk, hogy belássanak sötétítő függönnyel ültünk lámpával. A hangszigetelés nem jó.

Обсалютноне НЕ соответствует заявленным 5 звёздам ! Сломанная крышка унитаза , сломанный кондиционер ( конденсат капал на пол ), "чистота" комнаты и демотивированный персонал - это то что ожидало меня с первых минут прибывания в этой гостинице. На просьбу устранить проблему не последовало никакой реакции кроме коментария - " Ну у вас же стандартный номер..." и горы салфеток на пол где была лужа от кондиционера (((
Прибывание в гостинице было подарком сестре на её день рождения ,к сожалению подарок был полным разочарованием !

Une belle arnaque… soit disant un 5 étoiles?? Je pense qu’ils ne savent pas compter les étoiles

C’était sale et très bruyant.
J’ai eu la chambre qui donne dans le mini hall d’entrée… on entend tout et il y a des enceintes de la rue qui donnent sur les fenêtres de la chambre. La chambre était au rdc et avec des baies vitrées tout le long donc vous êtes en exposition malgré les rideaux dans la rue. De plus c’est trop lumineux pour y dormir. Cet hôtel est glauque et c’est une arnaque, il ne devrait jamais avoir reçu 5 étoiles. Il y a également du moisi dans la salle de bain…

Amazing hotel in a fabulous location.
Pros:

This is a fabulous hotel in a fab location. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. We were allowed to check in early and we were given lots of help with our onward journey. There are so many lovely places to eat nearby as well.

Cozy Hotel in a Great Location
Pros:

Phoenix Boutique Hotel is a small and cozy hotel in the heart of Yerevan. The staff are very friendly, polite, and helpful, and our room was clean and comfortable. The hotel offers different room sizes and categories.

The location is excellent, with the city center and many great restaurants just a few minutes’ walk away. You can easily find some of the best restaurants within a 5-minute walk.

The only minor downside was the swimming pool, which is quite small and the water was a little cold.

Cons:

Unfortunately, we had a significant issue with payment. The hotel’s card reader was not working, so we could not pay with Visa or Mastercard and had to pay cash. Since we had booked three rooms, this was a considerable amount of money to carry and pay in cash. We had no problem using our cards anywhere else in Yerevan, so this was particularly inconvenient.

For this reason, I gave the hotel 7 stars instead of 10.

If you are planning to stay here, I strongly recommend confirming the payment options with the hotel in advance and making sure you have enough cash or an alternative payment method.

Lovely hotel, would stay again for sure!
Pros:

The room was specious, clean. The girl at reception was very kind and helpful and even though the card machine didnt work for my card she tried very hard to resolve it. I only stayed here one night but it was one of my favourite places on my trip. Would stay again for sure.
