Location: Even though the hotel is far away from the city centre of Mokpo, it is easily reachable by car and the surrounding area was rather pleasant.
Comfort: The room was incredibly spacious and well preserved.
Price: This is the very case of "value for money-accommodation".
The only disadvantage of the accommodation was the lack of a proper, large window that could allow a better circulation of air in the room.
