Very spacious and clean .perfect location. A lovey 10 minute walk into the main square

Cons:

The room was cold, and the heating did not work during our stay. There were spider webs, a broken fridge cupboard. Additionally, water from the jacuzzi leaked into the toilet area, making the bathroom uncomfortable and inconvenient to use. Moreover, the jacuzzi jets released dirty water when turned on.

Our stay at Krowoderska Apartments
Pros:

1. The location of the accommodation is perfect – close to the city center and well connected to numerous public transport lines.

2. The check-in and check-out process is very convenient and cleverly organized. You enter the building using a code sent to you in advance, and then collect the key from a secure locker using another code.

3. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, which contributed to a pleasant and restful stay.

Cons:

1. The windows didn’t have insect screens, so we had to keep them closed at night because moths would fly in. Fortunately, there were no mosquitoes.

2. Because we needed to keep the windows closed, we wanted to use the air conditioner, but its remote control was missing. In the end, we didn’t contact the accommodation staff, as the nighttime temperatures were still quite comfortable.

3. The bathroom had been cleaned with a very strong bleach-based product, and the smell was quite noticeable when we arrived.

4. This wasn’t an issue for us, but the accommodation is not suitable for wheelchair users or guests with mobility impairments.

Overall nice stay.
Pros:

Location and proximity to the city center, the apartment was easy to find and get into, and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The towel dryer wasn't working due to end of the heating period and there were no extra towels.

Cozy stay outside of the Old Town. Excellent value for money.
Pros:

Bed was really comfortable, was easy to get the keys out of the lockbox. Lots of room. Shower was hot and good pressure. Enough cookware to make a small meal if required. We left the key in the room which was sorted over the phone but with a little confusion. On a quieter street a short walk from the Old Town.

Cons:

It was warm when we stayed and it wasn’t clear how the aircon worked, it wasn’t terrible but would rather it have worked. We stayed over a week so it would be good to have another towel each.
