Le remplacement de toute information nécessaire dans une chambre (notamment le room service et les petits-déjeuners) par la nécessité de se débrouiller seul après avoir scanné puis cherché dans d'infinies arborescences digitales.

Disappointing, I expected more
Pros:

Location not bad, views from my room quite good

Cons:

A lot of the staff were quite rude and had a lot of attitude. The concierge was always missing an action. The hotel purports to be five star but it's definitely nowhere near a five star hotel.

Pros:

Отель на «троечку». Но мастера в спа - просто прекрасны❤️

Cons:

Отсутствие сервиса везде и во всем. Редко когда сталкиваешься с таким пофигизмом. Вазу для цветов попросили в первый день, но так и не дождались. Убрать после ужина в номере пришлось просить три раза. Официант в ресторане просто забыл половину заказа. Тортик на завтрак в День рождения даже не потрудились разморозить заранее. Список можно продолжать до бесконечности. При этом стоимость номера - как в Four Seasons. Видимо, стоимость сервиса в нее не входит. Первый и последний раз, когда мы там останавливались.

Very modern, excellent location

Cons:

Double payment (first booking then hotel) took weeks to resolve- very frustrating experience - very expensive, breakfast not impressive considering the price

Again, the staff was wonderful… Ann And location is perfect

Location was perfect. The staff was excellent. Our room was beautiful. The bed was so comfortable.

Cons:

We were given a credit to eat at the restaurant in the lobby. The meal was very expensive… And we didn’t like one thing we ordered…
