I would like to share my appreciation for the exceptional service I received during my stay. I was thoroughly impressed by the entire team, who ensured my experience was nothing short of excellent.
I would like to specifically commend Fahad and his reception team for their professional and welcoming check-in process. The housekeeping lead Egyptian guy was equally impressive, demonstrating great communication and attention to detail. Additionally, the Nepalis guy lifeguard at the swimming pool was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout my time there. Thank you all for making my stay so memorable
