Nice apartment but no hot water
Pros:

Apartment was spacious and beds comfy. Kitchenette/fridge were useful.
Shop in lobby useful but doesn't have much in it. Good breakfast and pool area was nice (although no where near as big/nice as it looks on photos).

Cons:

Water in the shower was never hot no matter the time of day; luke warm at best, sometimes freezing. Reported to reception a few times and nothing was done to help. Reception weren't very friendly or helpful in general. Room smelled very strongly of bleach.

Pros:

The place is centrally located within walking distance to malls. Great value for money for self catering. Breakfast is generous and included. You get drinking water and tea/coffee daily in your unit and housekeeping services. You get the best of both worlds.

Just don't take an early morning flight like we did. Our party of 6 had to wait until 2pm to check in or pay an extra 100usd.
The facilities are wonderful, the swimming pool, and sauna were a big hit. If you want to keep costs down you can cook in their fully equipped kitchen. They had an iron and washer/dryer comb so you don't need to bring a travel iron. There was also a blow dryer and AC.
No complaints about my room. Pleasant and exactly like the pictures.

Cons:

I think they should have flexible check-ins for guests that arrive early. Perhaps it's a Kenyan thing but I am used to a 10 am check in. We were exhausted and looking forward to their breakfast. From a business model perspective because check in is at noon, they don't need to cover the cost of breakfast at Slate Restaurant.
Although they kept our bags and allowed us to wait on their terrace, what we needed was a shower and sleep. The request for an additional 100USD 👀 😁.
When all is said and done I would still go back but would book a later flight to avoid the check in drama.
One of the showers had a drainage problem but I just used the secondary shower which was less prone to flooding.

Pros:

The apartment was well appointed with all the amenities including a washing machine and dryer.

The breakfast was excellent and the spa was a nice addition.

Cons:

The nearby noise wasn't ideal but out of the properties hands. They did provide earplugs as a courtesy.

Disappointing service and accountability for the price
Pros:

Spotless Cleanliness: As someone who is very particular about cleanliness, the property was exceptionally well-kept. When the scheduled alternate-day cleanings happened, the space was genuinely squeaky clean.

Helpful Concierge: For the most part, the front desk team was pleasant, approachable, and ready to assist whenever questions or issues arose.

Outstanding Security: Easily the highlight of my stay. The security team went above and beyond to make sure my friend and I felt completely safe, especially when leaving or returning late at night.

Prime Location & Accessibility: The location in Westlands is unbeatable. It is just a quick walk to Sarit Centre and other malls making grocery runs, shopping, and accessing the best restaurants, cafes, and nightlife in the area incredibly convenient.

Cons:

As a Kenyan living in the US who regularly stays in Westlands and occasionally kilimani during summer and December visits, I expected much better value for money during our 13-night stay. While this is easily one of the cleanest properties I have stayed in, the service and management coordination fell far short.

- Inconsistent Housekeeping: Outside of day one, our beds were rarely made and towels/sheets were not changed without repeatedly calling the front desk. When you pay for full service, you shouldn’t have to chase staff for the basics after a long day out.

- Breakfast Billing Issue: Our booking for four adults included breakfast, yet their restaurant partner, Slate, repeatedly charged us for extra guests due to poor communication between them and Skynest. Despite providing screenshot proof two days before checkout, neither side took accountability. They simply played the blame game, promised follow-ups, and never issued the refund.

- Tight Living Space: The 2-bedroom, 2-bath layout is quite cramped for four adults.

A clean property cannot make up for poor customer care and time wasted resolving staff mistakes.

Olimme olleet täällä useasti koska paikka on upea. Hieno ja viihtyisä keidas hyvällä paikalla Westlandissa. Huoneistot toimivia ja niissä on kaikki mitä voi tarvita. Löytyy pesukone, toimivat taulutelevisiot, laadukkaat sängyt ja suihku. Yläkerroksen saunat mahtavat. Myös kivat parvekkeet asunnoissa.

Cons:

Hiljaisempana aikana kaikki toimi upeasti, mutta kiireisenä aikana henkilökuntaa ei vaikuttanut olevan riittävästi - meiltä puuttui pyyhkeet eikä niitä meinattu saada tuotua millään ja myös aamiasella oli selvästi liikaa ihmisiä suhteessa henkilökuntaan.

Pros:

Very clean and friendly staff, easy access to Malls

Cons:

1. The night music made us not sleep early till around 02/3am when it stopped, this is a huge destruction, I wish the night club across can be considerate and invest in sound proof.
2. The onsite grocery store if it can be 24/7, it is well stocked but not that stocked I.e basic items like rice, beef etc could be good to have.
3. Atleast have rackets for squash 😂

Alles wichtige unter einem Dach.
Pros:

Die Ausstattung (Waschtrockner) und der Dachpool waren für uns als Zwischenstopp die entscheidenden Merkmale.
Im Club-Restaurant gab es sehr leckere Burger. Die Bedienung äußerst nett und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Nachts hörte man von irgendwo her ziemlich laute Club-Musik.
