Good place to stay for a night or two
Pros:

Big rooms that are clean. Good safety.

Cons:

There was not soap in all the bathrooms.

This property is immaculate and very nice.
Pros:

The rooms were big, very clean, and very nice. The pool deck was very scenic.

Cons:

Nothing, but there were not enough towels for everyone to shower and there was a strong odor in the laundry room. This did not negatively affect our stay, just noting.

Great stay with friendly staff!
Pros:

The staff were all so kind and helpful. The room was spacious. Super hot water. The bed was so comfortable. The restaurant on site is convenient, as is the store of chocolate shop/cafe. Get the dawa!

Pros:

Really enjoyed our stay. Lovely big one bedroom apartment with kitchen facilities. Couldn't fault the staff, they were all excellent. Loved the pool area with great views over the city. Plenty of nearby restaurants, short walk to Westgate Mall. It was a good location too, safe secure, ideal for transport, especially to and from the airport.

Pros:

The infinity pool and rooftop views were the highlight of my stay and gave the property a premium feel. The location in Westlands is very convenient, and I particularly liked the dining set and overall modern design of the apartment. The staff were also polite and welcoming.

Cons:

Unfortunately, I was not given the room category I had originally booked. While the apartment looked aesthetically pleasing, the living room couches were not very comfortable for extended use. The balcony also felt underwhelming and lacked the premium outdoor seating experience I expected from a property of this standard.

Comfortable but expected better
Pros:

The location and the facilities within the residence

Cons:

The apartments are not being cleaned well. The chairs are stained and the bed linen not changed often. House keeping staff are good but some are rude.

Felt right at home here. Definitely coming back again.
Pros:

This hotel feels like home. We had a spacious apartment with everything we needed. What a treat! Friendly staff, nice little supermarket downstairs. All very convenient. It's a wonderful stay here. We extended our stay and they made sure we didn't have to move to another room. Definitely coming back here.

Cons:

Sometimes the cleaners forgot to bring water or extra toilet paper. But that's really all I can comment. Oh, one more thing: there's a 'trash shute' next to the elevator that's a bit smelly. Don't know why they have that or why they keep the door open. Oh, and the elevator system makes no sense, but that became a bit of a gamification experience for us. ;-)
