Stay literally anywhere else

It was cheap

Cons:

It was dirty. You know those panty liners they put in the bottoms of new underwear/bathing suits? Well someone’s was stuck to the wall of our bathroom. Then I found a hair tie in the room that was not ours. Would not recommend this place at all. There was a birds nest above the exit sign in the stair well with a bunch of baby birds in it. Which you hear that and think aww how cute until you look down at the walkway and see the huge pile of bird poop that if you aren’t careful you will step right in. And the pool does not look like the photos they advertise. The price was great but I would go somewhere else.

It was fair. Good enough for one night.

The room was clean and smelled good.

Cons:

The bed was not comfortable. The sheets and pillow cases were stained yellow and smelled like old sweat. We asked for extra pillow cases and those smelled bad as well.

Absolutely wonderful, clean and great value I’ll be back.
Pros:

The staff was friendly, my room was clean and smelled wonderful. The pool was great and opened 24 hours which I absolutely loved. It was close to pretty much everything in pigeon forge. I can’t believe how great it was especially for the price. I’ll definitely be staying here again when I come to pigeon forge to visit.

Cons:

There was nothing I didn’t like.

Quick trip to Dollywood
Pros:

Value and location is great. it was clean & comfortable.

Cons:

I wish the window would have had sheers. It was either completely black of show everyone on the walkway all your business. Plus the walkway (2nd floor) was too narrow for the chairs. The chairs are nice but trying to carry luggage to your table room was very difficult with limited space.
