Pros:

During my stay, an individual used a key to enter my room while I was asleep with my children present. Although the interior lock prevented full entry, this was a major security breach and created a situation that felt unsafe and deeply distressing. This is not a minor service issue to me it is a guest safety failure involving unauthorized room access.
