Fantastic stay, we will return!
Pros:

AMAZING STAFF!! we would come here a millions times over just for the wonderful staff that made us feel well cared for during our short stay. The room had everything we needed, including immediately offering ice water upon our arrival and indicating hot spots around Rome for our visit. I especially appreciated the barrier for some extra privacy between bed and futon. The location felt like it could not have been better, with such a short walk from the train station and two hop on/off bus stops for easy access around the city.

Perfect location. Helpful staff
Pros:

Perfect location for our one night in Rome. It is very close to the train station and other attractions. The staff is very helpful. The air conditioning works extremely well despite a heat wave. The view from the roof is nice.

Cons:

Due to our short visit and packed schedule we never got our complimentary glasses of prosecco.
