Pros:

We had a pleasant stay in Rome. The hotel is conveniently located very close to the main railway station, making it easy to travel around the city and reach the airport. The location is central and within easy access of many attractions. The room was comfortable and met our expectations. Overall, it was a good choice for visiting Rome, and we would recommend it to other travelers.

Disappointing compared to reviews but alright in itself.
Pros:

Near the train station. Nice rooftop terrace.

Cons:

Clearly bought some fake positive reviews: it’s marketed as ‘exceptional’ whereas it’s a rather soulless and completely standard 3 star hotel.

Fantastisch, schoon en erg service gericht.
Pros:

Prima centraal gelegen op loopafstand van vele bezienswaardigheden. Maar vooral het personeel verdient een pluim; Marco en Sébastien waren ongelooflijk vriendelijk en service gericht!

Cons:

Er kan wat geur van het restaurant de kamer in komen, werd overigens uitstekend opgelost met een andere kamer.

Great location, great hospitality!
Pros:

Marco was a wonderful host. He reached out to me on WhatsApp a few days before my arrival to make sure everything was in order. He also shared great food recommendations and suggested places to visit in Rome, which made the trip even more enjoyable.

Sebastian and Abdul were excellent hosts as well. On our last day, Sebastian thoughtfully arranged a taxi to the airport and even greeted us with a warm coffee. A young man with genuine hospitality in his heart, he made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay.

Локация великолепная! Персонал выше всяких похвал: были все время на связи, помогали по всем вопросам, каждый раз спрашивали все ли у нас в порядке! Себастьян и Омар просто великолепны, очень улыбчивые и отзывчивые мужчины. Также Массимо, который нас встречал: рассказал все о городе, рекомендовал откуда начать и что стоит посмотреть, помимо главных достопримечательностей!

Pros:

Sebastian was fantastic, very knowledgeable of the area, helpful with last minute requests would have been a different experience without his fantastic service.
Otherwise great location, close to the main train station, close to nice restaurants and has a roof top whats not to like. Smallish rooms, but I guess its rome.

Cons:

Was all great.
