Good value for money
Pros:

The hotel is clean and relatively modern.
The staff is friendly, the beds are comfortable, and I had the opportunity to have lunch at the restaurant downstairs, which was also quite nice. I also heard that breakfast is good but I unfortunately did not have an opportunity to taste.
I had a beautiful full-length mirror in my room, which I liked.

Cons:

I did not like the way the lobby is designed. It is a bit stressful in my opinion because at any time, when you enter the hotel you see a lot of people .
Actually, there are a lot of people downstairs (even at the restaurant and the bar) most of the time, outside of hotel residents. Although I can understand that access is not restricted to hotel residents, it can make it a bit overwhelming. If the space downstairs was more spacious, that part might have worked.

I had a standard room and I also found it relatively small.

Perfect for business or leisure
Pros:

The Rockefeller Hotel was a great choice for our stay in Cape Town. The hotel is very centrally located, which made getting around convenient. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the Wi-Fi worked well.
As we arrived very early in the morning and our room was not available until 14:00, the hotel kindly stored our luggage until check-in, which was very helpful.
Overall, a very pleasant stay and we would happily stay here again.

UP to expectations but R260 for a muesli and yoghurt - not everyone likes pig out. 2 tier system?

Comfortable bed & linen
Neat and nice looking inside of hotel
Location was good
Dinner was delicious

Cons:

No Bacon, only "Macon" which was chewy and absolutely horrible to eat.

The parking area uses "license plate recognition" which is an absolute fail and a huge frustration because it simply doesnt work and we had to sit for almost 15 minutes to get out of the parking area and were almost late for a meeting. Upon entering and exiting later, same issue.
Person at reception didnt look interested at all.
Shampoo and soap holder in our bathroom was broken and shower door didnt seal properly, letting out water all over the place

Overall, it was a great stay.
Pros:

I loved the facilities, the interior and the breakfast.

Cons:

The location is great, the problem is the parking. I had to walk across in the early hours of the morning and I felt unsafe. I would kindly suggest a security guard by the entrance.

كانت إقامه رائعه ومريحه
Pros:

فندق يتميز بموقعه في سنتر المدينه وقربه من بعض المواقع السياحية وكذلك أفطاره الجيد والجم المتكامل وخدمة الزبائن المتميزة من الاستقبال حتى المطعم وعمال النظافه
