I still have enjoyed my stay at the hotel and will make use of it again.
Pros:

The staff was friendly when we booked in.

Cons:

While the pool area was intended to be a place where a person could relax, our experience was affected by what appeared to be a children's birthday party taking place at the pool. The children were screaming and shouting continuously, and neither the parents nor hotel staff intervened to ask them to lower the noise levels.

I understand that the pool is a shared space and everyone should be able to enjoy it. However, when a children's party is being hosted in an area that other guests are using for relaxation, I would expect some level of supervision and consideration for all guests.

The second issue was that when the rugby started at 11:00, both the bar and coffee area were closed. For an event such as this, and at a hotel of this standard, I would have expected food and beverage facilities to be available for guests wanting to watch the game and enjoy refreshments. Perhaps a kitchen who could have provided toasties or something small to nibble on.

Pros:

Location & super comfortable beds

Cons:

The staff was loud, inattentive & slow. No microwave facilities. Housekeeping was poor. We had to pay extra for slippers & a shower cap. Breakfast was below average.

Cons:

I had to pay for a basic dental kit (toothbrush and toothpaste) never in my life I had to pay for something like that !!
Not only that ! Room service refused to deliver it to my room and they said I had to come down to the reception to pick it myself !!!
