My car almost got clamped cause they never assigned me to the proper parking bay. There was cockroaches in the apartment

The location was ideal

Cons:

The shower wasn’t clean and there was cockroaches in the apartment. My car was about to be clamped cause there was no allocated parking given to me and it says there’s parking. The security that checked me in took my fingerprint for parking but never assigned me to a designated bay and the next morning I arrived just in time before my car would be clamped then I had to pay R759 release fee. There was only 2 towels and no other cloths and no shampoo or soap. The shower was full of a mold buildup it was nasty, I couldn’t shower there. The experience was not good at all compared to the other times I stayed at 16 on Bree

Everything! The room and view was amazing, the staff are so friendly and helpful. The gym is fantastic, they have really nice equipment. The Pure Awakenings Spa is fantastic!

Quarto com pouca iluminação, tivemos problema na calefação do quarto e precisamos trocar de quarto, a arrumação eles tiravam o que tinha a vista na mesa mas não faziam limpeza de fato e café da manhã horrível, impossível de comer, até tentamos no 2o dia mas não funcionou e no 3o nem tentamos, fomos comer na rua mesmo, o 1o dia perdemos a hora pq estávamos exaustos.
