Pros:

The hotel was incredible! New modern interiors, high spec facilities, amazing food, great staff, and a stunning view. The unlimited spa access and free taxi to Salo were perfect!

Albergo ok, ristorante no!
Pros:

Bellissima nuova struttura, ordinata, pulita, abbiamo usufruito di una sola notte e non abbiamo provato la spa e le due belle piscine esterne. Buona la colazione.

Cons:

Il ristorante ha affossato tutte le cose belle di questa struttura. Personale gentile e premuroso ma i piatti usciti da quella cucina non erano all’altezza di un 5 stelle! Davvero niente che ci abbia soddisfatto. Vanno bene 7€ per una bottiglia di acqua in tavola e 3,5€ un caffè in piedi al bar ma a malincuore devo fare questa recensione perché è davvero un peccato! Mancava poi il bidet in camera anche se c’era sia la doccia che la vasca.

Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen und schönen Urlaub.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend, freubdlich und hilfsbereit. Abwechslungsreiches und geschmackvolles Abendessen. Die Zimmer Größe, Ausstattung und gute Lautstärkedämmung. Man hat vom Zimmernachbarn nichts gehört.

Cons:

Die Zimmerreinigung könnte sich verbessern.
Bei der Halbpension zum Abendessen ein Softfreigetränk wäre bei den Preis angebracht.

An absolutely piece of heaven!
Pros:

We had a wonderful two-night stay at A Rosa at Lake Garda, and we were truly impressed by the whole experience.

The staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and attentive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms are spacious, beautifully arranged, and everything feels very thoughtfully designed and perfectly maintained.

What fascinated us the most, though, were the beds and especially the pillows! The mattresses are excellent, but the pillows are absolutely outstanding quality, comfortable, and clearly chosen with great attention to detail. We slept exceptionally well.
We decided to order the pillows as well. 😅

We also loved the generous outdoor spaces, which are beautifully organized and very pleasant to enjoy. Every little detail seems to have been carefully considered, creating a place that feels both comfortable and refined.

Overall, a wonderful stay with great attention to comfort, quality, and hospitality. We would definitely come back and highly recommend A Rosa to anyone visiting Lake Garda!
