Amazing hotel! The environment is beautiful, the rooms are spotless, and the mattresses are very comfortable. I also loved the decoration throughout the hotel. There are great restaurants nearby, and having access to a park and gym was a wonderful bonus. Everything was perfect. I would definitely stay here again when visiting the Lake Nona area!

The room was spacious with good lighting, comfortable bed. The bidet was top-tier! Love the restaurants on site as well.

We held a conference/workshop for 65 attendees from around the globe. My attendees all raved about the hotel, updated rooms, cool vibe and food. For the food, I have to highlight the wonderful selection of unique and tasty salads and the beautiful and delicious desserts...we especially loved the little soccer balls on the desserts we had with dinner on June 16. The staff was incredibly helpful...Ann, Abi, Miguel and Beatrice especially. After an issue with AV, David and Avery really stepped up for us.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Wave Hotel Lake Nona.

I booked a room to celebrate my girlfriend with a surprise room decoration. The decorator did a great job, and the setup turned out exactly as planned. Unfortunately, my experience with the hotel afterward was the complete opposite.

After checkout, I was informed that I was being charged a $500 damage fee in addition to my security deposit because the hotel claimed the ceiling was damaged when the decorations were removed. However, the decorations were removed by hotel staff, not by me or my decorator. Based on the information I received, the damage allegedly occurred during the removal process by their own employees, yet I was still held financially responsible.

To make matters worse, I requested to see the photos of the ceiling after the decorations were removed so I could understand what happened, but I was told those photos could not be shown to me. It’s frustrating to be charged such a significant amount without being allowed to review the evidence supporting the claim.

There were also issues during my stay where the hotel incorrectly stated that I was a no-show and even attempted to cancel my second room, despite me being checked in and present at the hotel. That situation was unnecessary and added even more stress to what was supposed to be a special occasion.

I understand that accidents can happen, but I expected transparency, fairness, and better customer service when trying to resolve this issue. Instead, I felt dismissed and left responsible for a charge that I don’t believe was handled appropriately.

I hope management takes the time to review situations like this more carefully in the future and improves how they communicate with guests when disputes arise.

The security staff member was rude and unprofessional during our interaction. When I asked questions about the unnecessary and unfair fees being charged for the room damage, he responded with comments such as, “I’m not going back and forth with you,” and “I can’t give you any money.” I was simply trying to understand the charges, but instead of answering my questions respectfully, he dismissed my concerns. I believe customers deserve to be treated with courtesy and provided with clear explanations regarding any fees.

This ultra-modern hotel blends high-tech convenience with artistic relaxation. The automated room controls for the curtains and bathroom were incredibly cool. I also loved the sculpture gardens, which offered a tranquil retreat. Top it off with a world-class performance gym and friendly employees—a truly flawless stay!

We recently hosted a corporate retreat at the Wave Hotel Lake Nona, and I can't say enough great things about our experience.

From the very beginning, Anne, our event manager, was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was responsive, accommodating, and always willing to help with anything we needed. No request ever felt like too much, and her positive attitude made the entire planning process enjoyable and stress-free.

During the event, Beatriz and Jonathan provided exceptional service. They were attentive, proactive, and genuinely cared about making sure our attendees had everything they needed. Their hospitality did not go unnoticed.

A special thank you also goes to Miguel, the Banquet Manager, and his incredible team. They went above and beyond to ensure every detail was executed flawlessly. If there were any challenges behind the scenes, we never knew—they handled everything seamlessly and professionally. Their teamwork and attention to detail made the entire event feel effortless.

Our leadership team and attendees were incredibly impressed with the venue, the service, and the overall experience. We truly felt like valued partners throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend the Wave Hotel Lake Nona for any corporate event and look forward to working with this outstanding team again in the future.

Hotel is beautiful! Service was amazing, everyone was friendly. Valerie checked us in and was top notch with customer service. Nami was amazing! The toilets alone are worth the stay! A wonderful staycation and will be back for sure

I truly enjoyed my stay. I did hear a lot of airplanes but it was not enough to prevent me from getting a good nights rest.
Lisa, at the nectar room, was the reason I returned a second night. I will be coming back soon.
