Location and Lowdown
Pros:

The location is great and the rooms are very clean.

Cons:

A terrible noise coming from the pipes kept me up most of the night. I think because we made the reservation through a third party site we were placed in a room that had a view of the inside of a parking lot and office building. Which meant we only opened the curtains once during our stay. I am a Marriott Bonvoy member but, I felt punished for not booking through the hotel's site.🥹

The position next to the metro and to the public parking.

The staff is helpful and friendly.

Cons:

They forgot to clean out room….

No prices clearly shown in the minimarket. They charged $4.00 for a small water bottle. Ridiculous!!!

Pros:

The staff are friendly and helpful. The property is clean and modern. They allow 2 dogs per room which was a big advantage for us traveling with our dogs. Also the hotel is located in the heart of Bethesda and walkable to many wonderful restaurants and shops.

If we could have cancelled our hotel reservation after our first we would have lost our money no reimbursement
Pros:

The ambiance at the restaurant/bar Location close to the Metro

Cons:

The view from our room was unoccupied floors of garbage bins and cleaning supplies storage The bed was beyond horrible and the room was super small The restaurant employees are not well trained with the menu at all including the acting manager It was I do not know, we can not do it and let me ask everyday the same story.
