Pros:

인근에 카페, 식당들이 많고, 산책로가 있어서 좋았어요.

Cons:

객실수에 비해서 비상용을 포함한 엘레베이터 3대는 부족하지 않나싶습니다. 노약자의 경우 계단을 이용하기 어렵다보니, 식사시간/퇴실시간대의 엘베를 여러대 보내고 나서야 이용할 수 있었습니다. 20분 가량 기다렸던것 같아요.

Worst nightmare
Pros:

There was a flat screen tv in the room, which made it possible to watch Netflix. We also really liked that there was a laundry machine in the room. There are a lot of restaurants and cafes close to the hotel. The gym is small and a bit dated, but has everything you need for a workout.

Cons:

I’d advice western tourist against staying here. My husband (from Portugal) and I (from the Netherlands) were shocked when we arrived at this hotel. There was a pool party going on. Kanye West’s music was blasting and the pool was overcrowded with people using inflatable pool floats. In the evening, there was a cover band performing Korean versions of ABBA songs. It was pretty much our worst nightmare, and not our idea of a relaxing holiday. We ended up not using the pool at all.

Furthermore, the room could’ve been cleaner. We found someone else’s used lenses next to the bed.

There was a cooking plate in the room, but no utensils and you were not allowed to cook either, which we found strange. During our five night stay, our room was only cleaned once. Trash was also taken out only once.

Lastly, there were just way too many people staying at this hotel. There were around 230 rooms in every building, but only two elevators per building. You had to wait forever for the elevators, but the corridors didn’t have AC. The underground parking garage was also way too full, chaotic and poorly signed. It was an effort to find a parking spot every day.

We actually really ended up regretting staying here for the five nights that we booked. It’s also way too expensive for what you get.

Pros:

숙소 위치가 좋았습니다. 주변에 마트와 식당이 많아 이용하기 편리했습니다. 객실도 잘 관리되어 있었고, 침대가 편안해 숙면을 취할 수 있었습니다. 특히 침구에서 불쾌한 냄새가 전혀 나지 않아 더욱 쾌적하게 머물 수 있었습니다.

Cons:

전반적으로는 레지던스 호텔의 성격이 강한 숙소였습니다. 다만 간단한 식사를 준비해 먹기에는 불편한 점이 많았습니다. 전자레인지로 음식을 데워 먹을 수는 있었지만, 주방세제, 가위, 칼 등 기본적인 주방용품이 없어 불편했습니다. 또한 주방에는 인덕션이 있었지만 사용할 수 없어 아쉬웠습니다.

숙박객이 직접 쓰레기 분리수거까지 해야 하는 시스템이라 일반 호텔이라기보다는 레지던스에 가까운 느낌이었습니다. 다만 음식을 직접 해 먹을 수 있는 환경도 충분하지 않아 다소 애매하게 느껴졌습니다.

수영장도 생각보다 규모가 작았고, 함께 간 아이들도 크게 만족하지 못했습니다. 연휴 기간이라 숙박 요금이 상당히 비쌌는데, 가격에 걸맞은 시설과 서비스는 제공받지 못했다는 느낌이었습니다. 3~4성급 호텔 수준의 서비스를 기대하신다면 실망하실 수 있으며, 개인적으로는 가격 대비 만족도가 낮아 추천하기 어려운 숙소였습니다.

가족이 5인가족으로 스위트패밀리를 사용했는데 잘 사용했습니다. 무엇보다 침대가 일반 퀸,킹보다도 더 커서 좋았습니다.

Great room, pool and kids play areas. Don’t expect to be able to use the kitchen
Pros:

Nice clean, large rooms. The mattresses in the second bedroom were so thin and uncomfortable. The main bed was good.
The pool and kids play areas were great.
This place is advertised as having a kitchen, but other than the fridge it is unuseable as there are no plates, bowls, cups, cutlery, washing up items, microwave, pots or pans etc.
