BEYOND pleased with the quality of Element Waco - the lobby and patio gathering areas were especially fantastic for our large group. And a shout out to McKenzie for her amazing hospitality and service. This is now our go to hotel in Waco!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE – ABOVE AND BEYOND EVERY EXPECTATION!

As a corporate trainer who travels throughout the United States, I am responsible for booking all of my company's training venues. Because of Marriott's long-standing reputation for outstanding customer service, exceptional cleanliness, and first-class amenities, I exclusively book Marriott properties whenever possible.

Recently, however, I needed meeting space for a very special personal event—a surprise birthday party and surprise wedding vow renewal for my wife. I contacted the Element Hotel Waco, located at 2200 Robinson Road, and had the pleasure of working with Mackenzie Olvera, Director of Sales.

From the very first phone call, I knew this experience would be different. While I am accustomed to coordinating venues and event spaces as part of my profession, I have rarely encountered someone who demonstrated the level of professionalism, compassion, dedication, and genuine care that Mackenzie provided throughout the entire process.

Mackenzie went far above and beyond every expectation to ensure every detail was handled perfectly. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted to accomplish and worked tirelessly to make sure all of my needs were met. Her communication was exceptional, and she followed up multiple times after the booking to ensure everything was progressing smoothly. The attention to detail and personal investment she showed were truly remarkable.

I have always been loyal to Marriott because of their high standards, but Mackenzie elevated those standards to an entirely new level. Her commitment to customer satisfaction is simply outstanding and reflects the very best of what hospitality should be.

When we arrived to set up for the event, the entire staff at Element Hotel Waco reinforced the positive experience. Every team member we encountered was professional, courteous, welcoming, and eager to help. The hotel was immaculate, well-maintained, and operated with excellence.

Most importantly, the event was an incredible success. My wife was completely surprised and had an absolutely wonderful time. The memories created that day will stay with us forever, and a large part of that success is directly attributable to Mackenzie and the team at Element Hotel Waco.

Simple, but complete.

Beautiful hotel! Has everything we needed. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff was all kind and helpful. Location was close to the silos which was the reason for our stay. There was some construction but not a burden. Rate per night was spot on for this type of hotel and location. The Pool and outdoor area was fun and well maintained. We would without hesitation stay at the Element in Waco for future visits.

Mackenzie was so helpful and friendly! She went out of her way to ensure everything was perfect.

We had a wonderful time here! Staff was amazing and Mackenzie was top notch in assisting us!!! The pool had the best vibe and drinks from Bar were excellent! We’re definitely booking again! This is such a beautiful place to stay !

Great experience. The hotel was clean and the staff was very accommodating!

I stayed for two nights and had a great stay. The room was exactly what I needed but the kitchen a workspace and a separate King bedroom. The breakfast was delicious and the chef, Miriam, made my eggs, perfect with spinach and tomatoes and avocado.
I was also pleased that the front desk is available 24 hours because I had an Amazon package delivered overnight and it came at 3 AM. The front desk received it and safely held on to it until I picked it up in the morning.
The hotel also has a complimentary happy hour during the week and the hotel bartender is so kind to chat with and the charcuterie plate was delightful.
I truly appreciate all the special touches the hotel has to offer - it made for a wonderful stay!

Clean and quiet

I went to this hotel a few days ago, and this Hotel is amazing. Great staff and service. Great rooms, swimming pool and clean to the fullest. Shout out to Mackenzie for help and made me feel so welcomed. The bartender Lindsey was amazing too. Thank you so much Element Hotel. Mackenzie, I will be back for sure ❤️🙌

My family and I just had the ABSOLUTE BEST TIME at Element Hotel! The cleanliness, the atmosphere, the entire space is just so amazing! Miss MacKenzie was amazing and so accommodating and we cannot thank her enough! She definitely made our time there very memorable! The patio, the pool, and some of our group really enjoyed playing chess and corn hole! The bartender did not disappoint either! The staff in general were amazing and very kind! It is not always that you get amazing service anymore! We will definitely be going back! Thank you to the entire team at Element - especially MacKenzie!

Upon arrival I was greeted by a friendly and efficient staff member. My sister, and daughter and I found the room clean and comfortable and spacious.

Element Waco is super nice! I was in a king suite and it was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Coffeemaker in room and small kitchen area. There were not any utensils though so if you want to have in room meals, bring them. Separate living room area. Large shower with nice shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Important to note if road noise affects you, bring earplugs. I had earplugs and used white noise on my phone and slept really well. Breakfast was awesome! I had an espresso with extra frothy milk. They have a machine that does this and it was awesome! Customer service is great too! Do not miss out on this hotel!

Mackenzie is amazing. She booked rooms for our Officials that were in town for a track meet. The Officials raved about the Hotel and the breakfast. We were all pleased with the amenities and atmosphere of the Element. Everyone at the hotel went above and beyond to ensure our group were taken care of during their stay!

Great place to stay. The staff grants every wish with no effort. Wonderful manager. Terrific breakfasts and Happy Hour. This is the place to stay when in Waco. Spotless & clean!

Great hotel! Very clean and the staff goes out of their way to accommodate. We love the complimentary cappuccino and high end coffee machine! Best place to stay in Waco hands down and we have stayed everywhere while our daughter went to Baylor!!!
