Gutes Hotel für einen Städtetrip an perfekter Lage
Pros:

Perfekte Lage, inmitten des belebten Zentrums. Der Strassenlärm war jedoch im Zimmer nicht zu hören.

Eine Beanstandung (Wasser im Lavabo fliess schlecht ab), wurde innerhalb vo 10 Minuten behoben

Asukoht oli väga hea – kõik vajalik oli jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Läheduses olid kohvikud, kauplused ja restoranid, seega oli väga mugav liikuda ning kõigile vajalikele kohtadele pääses kiiresti.

Foi uma alegria e uma satisfação ter nós hospedado no Rossio Plaza Hotel, fomos mto bem recebidos pela equipe Gisella e Agnaldo, Gisella sempre alegre e nos deu ótimas dicas, obg por ter feito parte de nossa alegria, o Pedro top, as camareiras sorridentes no corredor, transmitia uma bem estar p o dia q estava por vir, não posso esquecer da Maria do café da manhã não tenho cm expressar o qto é gentil, atenciosa , o acolhimento q nos proporcionava nos primeiros momentos do dia, obg Maria por ter feito parte deste nosso momento, qto ao Hotel nos atendeu mto bem, suas dependências limpas cuidadosamente preparadas p nos receber. Quarto confortável, bem distribuído , espaçoso, localização impecável próximo de td e da rua Augusta. Obs.ficamos no prédio onde se encontra a recepção e o café.

Jesteśmy w tym hotelu po raz drugi i napewno do niego wrócimy. Zasługują napewno na jak najwyższe noty. Dziękujemy personelem również za to że sprawili nam niespodziankę z okazji naszej 45 rocznicy ślubu- DZIEKUJEMY A.ST.KOSAKOWSCY.

Pros:

Schönes großes gut eingerichtetes Zimmer mit Blick auf den Rossio. Genug Abstellflächen im Zimmer, wie im Bad. Top sauber. Jeden Tag wurde sauber gemacht und es gab frische Handtücher.
Super freundliches Personal, das viel Spaß an seinem Job hat. Wir wurden immer mit einem Strahlen begrüßt. Nette Idee, die Gäste mit Natas und Portwein willkommen zu heißen.
Nächstes Jahr komme ich mit meinem Mann nach Lissabon (diesmal war ich mit meiner Tochter da) und werde wieder in diesem Hotel wohnen.

Cons:

Da gab es wirklich nichts, das zu bemängeln wäre.
