Enjoyed the hotel and the location
Pros:

friendly clerk, fast check in, had to change rooms, (202 has a poor layout, moved to 412 Overall hotel is pleasant place to stay, easy access to roadways.

Cons:

breakfast, was lacking Too many bread products, some days had no eggs and limited types of cereal.
Food is not kept hot enough with the current method. Bananas would a plus; more scrambled eggs versus hard boiled.
Might make it easier for the personnel to use paper plates and plastic wear--the current plates are heavy and cold!

Perfectly easy to get the shuttle to the airport and also to take you over to the Aviator for dinner

Unfortunately they did not offer an early riser breakfast and our plane departed at 6:45 so no time to eat.

Perhaps a take away breakfast offering would help.

Overall nice, but don’t stay if you are traveling and need somewhere to park.
Pros:

It was a very clean place and comfortable.

Cons:

They advertise free parking and a shuttle. But you cannot keep your car there when you fly. Would have like to know that ahead of time or I would have stayed somewhere else.

Pros:

The hotel is situated quite close to the airport with a free shuttle available. The room was quite spacious and the bed was comfortable. The shower was also good. Breakfast, although I didn't have it, was apparently, pretty good, according to my brother. The receptionists were pleasant and helpful, as were the shuttle bus drivers.

Cons:

The only thing was the mattress of the sofa bed, not the most comfortable to be honest, not terrible, and you could get an alright night's sleep, but, it could probably do with replacing more frequently.

Pros:

Second time staying here. Definitely one of my favorite Hotels! The room is really big and clean. The staff is awesome and love the location. Definitely be coming back next time im visiting Cleveland.

We stayed at the hotel because we had an early flight out of Hopkins to our home in Florida.
Pros:

We were able to get a handicapped room with no argument. I am an 100% disabled veteran.
