Size of room on second visit, view of airport from room on 4th floor, super clean, staff super friendly and helpful, awesome location, shuttle bus to local restaurants, huge parking lot, WIFI is superb, view of airport from high floor from room 403 is awesome, plenty of facilities in room, all shower products, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, microwave, coffee machine, fridge, sink with fresh water tap, huge TV on wall, bed settee, huge bed, although square pillows are a bit odd and lumpy, good wardrobe space, air con, great huge mirrors, loads of charging points, although the ones at the bed stopped working mid visit, plenty more on the brakfast bar behind the bed, superb layout of the rooms at the front of the hotel, rooms at the back have a view of a car park, surprisingly no noise at all from the busy main road and the busy airport right across the road, overall a great base for visiting local area and beyond. Had an awesome 'wine vending machine' in the reception which pours wine from bottles into glasses provided for a reasonable cost., genius! Public toilets at reception are super clean, in fact the whole place is super clean. The gentleman on reception was super friendly as were all the staff, but he was awesome, big shout out to him. Bathroom/shower are amazing, huge bathroom, all looks brand new, loads of towels etc.
Advice -, eat at the local bar Grayton Road Tavern, which has a shuttle service too, food is awaeome esp. Breakfast and plays rock music all day, Aviator next door is pretty awesome, but I would say is upmarket and prices reflect this, has a roof terrace with great views of the aircraft taking off and landing which serves food and drinks and has a cigar menu which you can smoke, they give you matches and a cigar cutter, but weirdly you are not allowed to smoke cigarettes ( or vape, but we did without issue)
No hotel bar/restaurant, just breakfast, but has fridges in reception with items inc beer etc in them, also various meals which can be microwaved in your room, prices are very high though, better to buy refeshments etc before you arrive at a local shop, breakfast choice quite limited, ran out of scrambled eggs early on last day, sausage patties not the best quality, coffee choice is cheap and tasteless. Room coffee not the best either.
The hotel is literally across the street from Cleveland Hopkins airport and NASA Glenn. The free shuttle gets you to the airport in about 5 minutes. The rooms are large, very comfortable and I love the retro motif.
There’s nothing within walking distance.
Perfect location, very spacious and clean rooms. TOP !!!!
Good vibe, Friendly staff, great airport location, free shuttle, very nice rooms
Very clean, spacious, great location. comfortable bed.
The air conditioning was difficult. I did talk to front desk who walked me through how to navigate it. BUT the fan didn't go off until early morning for 3 minutes and then back on. a bit annoying and loud.
Very neat history!
I love having a recliner in room but there wasn’t one just a pull out sofa!
Shuttle to the airport included
It was not so close to the airport, super basic accomodation.
Clean. Friendly staff
Air conditioner kept Clayton and off all night. Kept me up.
Gorgeous hotel!!!

The Customer Service at The Orbit was great as I was only met with cheerful faces and rapid responses to my inquiries throughout my stay. From the assistance I received at (an slightly early) Check-in to help via text while out in the city to a very friendly face when I came in very late after a concert, I truly appreciated the care I received. Even the Housekeeper was friendly in the morning. The room itself was a very nice size and came with good amenities (ie. refrigerator and microwave). The view of the NASA center was a fun touch to add to the hotel theme. The hotel has a very clean look, and I felt very comfortable. Lastly, the shuttle service was great because the location is not easily accessible to anything, so I was able to use the shuttle multiple times to go to the airport and the rail line to get into the city multiple times. Thanks for a good (brief) night's rest during a whirlwind trip to Cleveland.
The reality is that although the shuttle was a great option for me based on my timetable/schedule if events. if you're looking for a convenient stay (without a vehicle) this may not be your top choice. Also, the breakfast options were quite disappointing. Finally, once you add all the fees and taxes the price was about $200 for the night which was a bit much for the location and amenities. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and appreciate all the staff who work to make it a good experience for their guests.
The location was close to airport and trains to downtown Cleveland.
Clean comfortable and excellent staff
Nothing all great
The theme of the hotel
Nothing, but I was only there for one night.
Well appointed, spacious and comfortable room and a good buffet breakfast.
Our stay was excellent spoilt only by the airport pick-up, we were asked asked to call in good time. When we called we were told where to go, we made our way there and waited more than half an hour before calling again, no answer, and again after another 10 mins and were once again told where to go. We informed them we had already waited over 45mins, then we were told that the pick-up was a van with a different hotel name. We were very annoyed as that van arrived minutes after we got to the pick-up point, but we did not know we were supposed to get it. We were very tired and had waited over an hour in the evening, getting to our room well after 9pm just because of a lack of communication.
Love the nasa and Fairview bridge view
It’s location to the airport
Felt like it could have been a mental hospital.
