Muy buena ubicación y buen precio

Cons:

Un poco mal el área del baño las paredes sucios manchadas daban sensación de no estar limpio y mucha humedad en los pasillos del hotel hacia las habitaciones

Me encantó la ubicación, cerca al aeropuerto, una zona muy bonita, con una pista para trotar cerca, genial. El desayuno delicioso, variado, generoso. Las instalaciones muy limpias, bonitas, la piscina genial! Volveré.

NOS SACARON DINERO DE LA CAJA FUERTE

Lamentablemente en nuestra estadía nos SACARON DINERO DE LA CAJA FUERTE, hicimos el reclamo pero obviamente tras una explicación que nada decía, no se hicieron cargo y la realidad es que pusimos el dinero en la caja ni bien llegamos a la habitación, la cual quedo perfectamente cerrada con clave, y lo sacamos al momento de irnos al aeropuerto, momento en el cual contabilizamos y FALTABAN DÓLARES (lo que puedo asegurar CON TOTAL CERTEZA). Una pena porque el hotel es lindo al igual que su personal pero los viajeros necesitan seguridad en sus pertenencias y si ofrecen el servicio de caja fuerte para que uno confíe en dejar las pertenencia allí, este no debe ser vulnerado bajo ningún concepto.

The bed is comfortable, pool area with an amazing view. The staff is kind and friendly, specially Carlos at the tour desk, he is really helpful and kind. He organized all the tours for us.

Cons:

I was told at the reception that the Breakfast start at 6:30, but it was not on time during our stay. Many guests were waiting for the Breakfast set up to be ready! Most of us with early tours.
