Pleasantly surprised
Pros:

We had a 3 day party weekend in Nashville and don’t want the fun to end so we decided to extend our stay an extra night. We were looking for something budget friendly and came across this place on google. We booked it based on the walk ability to the bars on Broadway. We weren’t expecting much considering how affordable it was. We were completely blown away by the whole experience! It is just on the other side of the pedestrian bridge and the accessibility to Broadway was top notch. We got a one bedroom suite essentially and it left us wanting to stay even longer. It had a full kitchen that you could easily prepare a full meal in. There was a separate living space and a washer and dryer which came with a starter set of detergent and dryer sheets. It was so nice to wash our clothes and come home and unpack and not have to worry about it. The bed was comfortable and we had a very large balcony over looking the pool an a couple high rise buildings. I’m a white noise girly so I used a sound app which came in handy to drown out some of the city noises you may hear. The roof top recreation area was fantastic. There was a pool table and a table top shuffle board, also the outdoor area on the roof top had phenomenal views of the SoBro neighborhood. The place was tastefully decorated and clean. I have zero complaints or suggestions for improvement. The night we stayed they had to do some maintenance on the water system so there was a notice posted that there would be no water from 12am to 4am but they had bottled water waiting for you at the check in desk which was really nice. There’s an adorable little Italian cafe that’s attached that was also reasonably priced and absolutely delicious. When we go back to Nashville we will definitely be staying here.

Perfect for a quick stay or a longer exploration.
Pros:

The apartment was sleekly appointed, clean, and very comfortable.

Cons:

Figuring out the access to the onsite parking garage was a bit clunky, but it worked out fine.

Pros:

I am saddened to learn they were closing the doors on December 31 2025. This is our favorite place to stay when visiting Nashville. Great value for a great property. Sad to see it close.

We had a great time in Nashville and the staff at Placemakr were great.
Pros:

There was no breakfast available, but we had a large kitchen and living space that was awesome. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and courteous.

Cons:

The TV was hard to get into and when we did the sound on the TV was bad. We were a little away from places we wanted to go to so we ended up running up quite an uber bill getting to and from places.

Nice place to stay if you don’t mind walking a little bit
Pros:

We loved the layout, it was nice and clean and the front desk staff helpful. It is a walk to downtown but totally do able about 30 min walk to the river. We didn’t have to uber. The glultch is close too.

The hallways seem or look kinda old, or that you kinds in a dumpy hotel honestly. But once in the rooms that changes.

Nice place to stay in Nashville
Pros:

Nice flat. Well equipped and comfortable.

Cons:

We needed to go to the front desk to get additional coffee, tea as for some reasons the cleaning team was not coming to our flat daily.
