Staff super nice, facilities just okay
Pros:

Staff was super nice and helpful. They helped us plan activities in La Fortuna. Breakfast was decent. They allowed us to check in early and check out late by an hour - that was a huge help.

Cons:

There was absolutely nothing in the room other than beds and one corner table. The toilet flush water was leaking. The tiles were broken on the floor. One of the outlet plug was broken. Parking was limited.

Muy buena ubicación

Cons:

Piscina sucia, la apagaron el día que nos veníamos y les dije que la encendieran y no lo hicieron. Me parece demasiado caro para el hotel viejo que es, cuarto demasiado pequeño, no tienen refrigerador

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels war gut.
Auch das Personal war sehr nett.

Cons:

Der Pool sieht im Internet größer aus. Dad Zimmer idt ziemlich klein und leider ist auch kein Kühlschrank vorhanden. Ausserdem wurde jeden Tag die Seife neu aufgefüllt und wahrscheinlich weggeworfen. Nicht sehr nachhaltig.
