Stylish and comfortable stay in the heart of the Old Town

The location is perfect for exploring the Old Town. The hotel is very stylish, clean and comfortable. The staff is also very helpful whenever you need anything.

Ja, das Frühstück war sehr gut, ausreichend, ordentlich (sehr sauber) und appetitlich angerichtet.
Das Personal war sehr entgegenkommend, freundlich, hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Wir hatten erst nach mehrfachen Schreiben und Anrufen und sehr spät (am Tage der Anreise) die Information zum self-check-in erhalten (Ankunft mit Lufthansa nach 22:00 Uhr), obwohl wir alle Anforderungen (Pass-Übertragung und Bezahlungen) längst erledigt hatten.

Pros:

The hotel’s location is excellent. It’s very close to both the terminal and the city center. You can walk from the terminal to the hotel in about 7–8 minutes. The room was very clean. The room included slippers, a kettle, an electric stove, a coffee machine, and a mini fridge. Our room was cleaned every day. The lady at the reception was friendly and helpful. I would consider staying here again in the future.

Cons:

The only issue was that we couldn’t set the air conditioner to heating mode. I assume they disable the heating setting in April. Also, it would have been much better if the reception had been open 24 hours.

Cons:

Eles desligaram o aquecedor por não ser mais inverno. Mas à noite estava fazendo 14 graus, sentimos muito frio à noite. O preço da café da manhã era muito alto e o chuveiro saia pouca agua.

Appartamento bellissimo esteticamente ma per nulla funzionale.Posizione centrale,si raggiunge tutto a piedi.Purtroppo alla sera la via è mal frequentata,peccato perchè la posizione è perfetta.

Cons:

Temperatura del riscaldamento soffocante senza nessuna possibilità di abbassare i gradi.Dopo aver trascorso 2 notti insonni con le finestre aperte hanno risolto il problema.Piano cottura e macchinetta del caffè non funzionante.

dicht bij alles.

Cons:

personeel zou wat vriendelijker kunnen. Kamer wat onhandig ingedeeld en weinig plek om je spullen op te bergen. Geen douche gordijn oid waardoor de badkamer meteen onder water loopt. Slaapbank schijnt slecht te zijn.

Thanks for leaving water in the fridge and some food

Cons:

No bed coverings for sofa bed in apartment
Heat was on too high and not able to change it as winter settings. Towel rail was on full heat in the bathroom, boiling and dangerous to touch

Tranquil oasis in the city centre.
Pros:

The hotel met all my expectations. The people there were super hospitable, the breakfast was delicious and varied. My first priority when booking the place was silence and that was met 100%. The only sound in my room was from the small fountain in the coutyard that my room was facing. And at the same time the hotel was very close to the main attractions - just 5-7 minutes to the Duomo. So - a wonderful place to stay at!

Great location,comfortable room, disappointing breakfast
Pros:

The hotel is nice, clean, and in a great central location. You can reach the Duomo in about a 10-minute walk, which is very convenient.

However, the breakfast was extremely disappointing. They only put out around 4–5 mini mozzarella pieces, and if you don’t go early, there’s basically nothing left. The food runs out very quickly.

The scrambled eggs are also limited, and if you arrive around 9 AM, they’re usually already finished, same with the juice.

Even the bread is not enough—they only put out a2 slices of toast only . If you’re someone who actually enjoys a proper breakfast, it’s definitely not worth paying for it at the hotel.

There are plenty of nearby cafés and restaurants where you can have a much better breakfast.

Perfect location and quiet
Pros:

This hotel is excellent for exploring Florence on foot—the location makes it incredibly easy to walk to all the main attractions and truly enjoy the city at your own pace.

The room was very comfortable, with everything needed. What I appreciated the most was how quiet it was. Being located in a beautiful inner courtyard, it felt like a peaceful retreat away from the busy streets, allowing for a great night’s sleep.

A perfect choice if you’re looking for comfort, tranquility, and a great base to discover Florence.
