كل شيء جميل، بدء من الاستقبال الى اجراءات الخروج، نظيف فخم وغير اعتيادي، الاخت / روان، الاخ / بهجت ، الاخت / رحمة ... استقبال وضيافة واهتمام، الافطار متنوع وجودة مكونات الطعام ممتازة، انصح بالاقامة في الفندق كخيار اول لزائري القاهرة.

منذ اللحظة الأولى لوصولنا وحتى وقت مغادرتنا، كان موظف الاستقبال عبدالرحمن مثالا يحتذي به في الاستقبال، والاحترافية، وكرم الضيافة. استقبلنا بابتسامة صادقة وروح إيجابية جعلتنا نشعر وكأننا في منزلنا، وكان حاضرًا دائمًا لتلبية جميع احتياجاتنا بكل سرعة ولطف واهتمام.

لم يكن مجرد موظف يؤدي عمله، بل كان واجهةمشرفة للفندق، يعكس أرقى معاني الاحترام والاهتمام بالنزلاء. بفضل تعامله الراقي وحرصه على راحتنا، أصبحت إقامتنا أكثر متعة وتميزًا.
