Unpleasant
Cons:

There were cockroaches in our room killed 2 running around on the floor and one was on our actual bed

The bathroom bin had so much hair in it as it seems like someone shaved a good amount of hair and threw it in their and it wasn’t cleaned out

Pros:

The meals, location and staff hospitality especially Mr. Chax was exceptional. He made us feel at home.

Pros:

Staff were kind and friendly. They kept my luggage for me after I had checked out. I returned after my tour and everything had been kept safely and perfectly. The breakfast was really good too. The area was quiet after hours.

Cons:

The view from my room included a parking garage. The external windowsills had construction dust on them..

Absolutely lovely place to reset.

I did not like the parking situation. It was taxing, especially when you gave luggage on hand.

The place was close to my conference and I used a gym facility.

Cons:

The breakfast was not according to the standard. I had to order breakfast from outside for the days that I was staying there because it was not what was advertised.

Everyday there was a smell of dagga, I don't know how people are allowed to smoke in rooms. That was an awful experience.

In the picture there was a carpet in the room but soon my stay carpet was not there.

In conclusion, pictures posted look like they are ones when the hotel was still new and in good condition. The reality is that it's not the same anymore.

Good for a night or two in Capetown.
Pros:

It was good value for money. The room was clean. Safe parking area. And the staff was really friendly.

Cons:

The location isn’t great (surroundings don’t feel safe).
Isolation should be better as there was really a lot of wind and it kept us up all night.
