Pros:

Thought we’d be upgrading from the place we were in before, boy weren’t we wrong. Not sure if it was a one off… but the

The location was convenient. The rooms were spacious and cozy. Reception was sweet and responsive. Can’t say the same about the housekeeping.

Cons:

We booked 4 rooms, we all suffered some inconvenience or another.
Some of the issues: dysfunctional AC in one room, jammed bathroom and entrance doors in another, flooding on the entire 3rd floor which entered the rooms and caused me to slip and fall in the night, very poor water pressure, near lack of water heating, complete water cut off on the rooms on the 2nd floor without any heads up, key cards that constantly decline and need resetting, unresponsive room service despite calling multiple times…
The manager did his best to resolve the issues, but they simply just kept coming about. We appreciated the effort, but for the price, unacceptable for so many things to go wrong in just 2 days.

The food at dinner was not up to standard I was quite disappointed and I paid full price for a meal that I did not have
Cons:

I was kept waiting to check in , yes I waited patiently but I saw other guests being given rooms to check in at the same time so I felt treated unfairly
