Cons:

The shower was broken, the AC was seemingly not working and the chain lock on the door was also broken. Despite the hotel not being visibly full, I was denied a room change when I requested for it. So that was disappointing.

Pros:

The staff were exceptional. All the staff were so genuinely friendly and welcoming. Everyone from the security staff, the reception staff, the restaurant staff to the cleaning staff were lovely.

Cons:

The key cards tended to be a bit erratic in operating the lifts (the elevators). They didn't always work. But the staff in the lobby were very helpful.

The hotel is very clean, food very delicious staff are warmly welcoming, specifically the reception staff , Baibe khadhja and others, and the view from my window to the ocean every morning give me positive energy to begin my morning and I will love to stay there again and again
