The location is perfect. It's like 5 min walk from the tram T1 which brings you to the old city. There is a Carrefour shop nearby. Our windows were to the other building, so it was quite in the night. Everything was working. In general the room was clean and good, just not very new
We could hear all sounds from other rooms. Also, the bed was very sneaky. The breakfast was quite plain, not exceptional as they state in the description.
The location is great. Up to 5mins walk to the metro line that takes you to all the main tourist attractions. About 15 mins or so to get to the centre of istanbul
Customer service was sub standard. Booked a twin room but was given a double. When I was moved to a twin the next day my bags were just left in the lobby in reception area. Would have been nice for staff to put them in the new room or at least behind reception. The kettle in the new room didn't work and when we called for assistance we were asked to bring it to reception and get hot water from there as they didn't have a spare one to replace it with. This was after midnight as we had returned late from our day out. It wasn't easy to know what number to dial for reception as this wasn't on the phone or the key card holder. We just guessed 0 I think, and it went through. Basic customer service could be improved. Breakfast was terrible. The scrambled egg looked burnt and full of water and the salad didn't look fresh. Not enough options on offer.

L’albergo si trova in un’ottima posizione, vicino alla stazione del tram Pazartekke e alla fermata degli autobus di Millet Caddesi. Devo dire che è davvero molto accogliente.
I nostri complimenti vanno a tutto il personale: sia alla reception, sia al ristorante per la colazione, sia alle signore addette alle pulizie. Tutti si sono dimostrati estremamente professionali, gentili e accoglienti nei confronti miei e del mio compagno.
La stanza era spaziosa, pulita e profumata, più che sufficiente per le nostre esigenze. Nel nostro caso, la stanza 201 è risultata un po’ uno svantaggio: pur essendo al secondo piano, affacciandosi sul retro, dove il terreno sale lungo il crinale della collina, sembrava di essere al piano terra, direttamente su una strada. Tuttavia, a parte il passaggio del camion per lo scarico delle immondizie alle 6:00 del mattino, non ci sono stati altri problemi.
La colazione è stata davvero ottima, varia e abbondante.

The hotel is in an excellent location, close to the Pazartekke tram station and the Millet Caddesi bus stop. I must say it is truly very welcoming.
Our compliments go to all the staff: the reception team, the restaurant staff for breakfast, and the housekeeping ladies. Everyone was extremely professional, kind, and welcoming toward me and my partner.
The room was spacious, clean, and pleasantly scented, more than adequate for our needs. In our case, room 201 was a slight drawback: although it was on the second floor, since it faced the back where the hillside rises, it felt like being on the ground floor, directly facing a street. However, apart from the garbage truck passing by at 6:00 a.m., there were no other issues.
The breakfast was truly excellent, varied, and plentiful.
Qualcuno potrebbe dire che non guarda la Moschea Blu o la Torre di Galata, ma, vi assicuro che in 10 minuti di tram (che evita qualsiasi traffico) sarete proprio nel centro di Sultanahmet

Some might say it doesn’t overlook the Blue Mosque or the Galata Tower, but I can assure you that in just 10 minutes by tram (which avoids all traffic) you’ll be right in the center of Sultanahmet.
Perfect location at the heart of the old city, nice traditional food places very close, supermarket near. Fantastic outside facility for breakfast and for smokers. Very friendly and helpful staff.
