Hotel Arsenaal Delft is a beautiful place to stay and very clean and staff is very pleasant.
Pros:

The Location of the hotel was perfect. Really liked the fact that we could park our car there being right beside the hotel, where as many places that is not possible. Great for walking around the beautiful city of Delft and for visiting some family there. Breakfast was good.
I will definitely be staying here again, no doubt.

Cons:

I do not have anything bad to say about this Hotel. Everything was great!

Warm en verzorgd hotel met vriendelijk personeel maar beperkt ontbijt zonder service

Cons:

Ontbijt viel wat tegen. Geen service/personeel dat vroeg wat je wilde drinken. Ook lagen de drankjes en het buffet ver uit elkaar, echt onhandig.

Would stay again no hesitation
Pros:

As walking into the hotel was fabulous design; the air freshener fragrance was wonderful. The bar and breakfast area was comfortable and cosy with the seating and fireplaces. The views out to the canals and houses were beautiful; Delft in a doorway.
Good quality breakfast; bread and granolas etc. very good bar menu with cocktails.

Cons:

The only niggle I can complain about is the towels were on the small side.

The hotel architecture and design is outstanding. The beds and pillows are so comfortable. The coffee in the room is delicious.

A very special stay!
Pros:

Fantastic location, a few minutes walk from the centre, and from Delft station.

It’s a very atmospheric building, witha comfortable lounge/dining area.

Cons:

Room lighting: it’s all very well having ‘mood lighting’ but it’s inadequate if you want to read.

Bathroom towels could have been bigger.
