Would definitely stay again
Pros:

Staff were amazing. Jason was very attentive, checking in each day as we passed him. Breakfast was great

Pros:

It was fairly close to the M and T stadium but not close enough to walk with 3 young kids--- also it was not on the safest block. The hotel did have security though.

Cons:

The block was a bit sketchy and felt uncomfortable to unload our luggage on the street corner.

Pros:

Very clean and always helpful momma T was excellent as well. Very hospitable

Cons:

A lot of Homeless people out front and around the area. It’s not the hotels fault just a deterrent for guest

My stay was EXCELLENT! Clean, comfortable, and secure.
Pros:

Kevin and team were welcoming and provided great customer service. Enjoyed the various breakfast options daily. Very clean hotel. And beds were comfortable. Spectacular views from room.

Cons:

Area outside of the hotel is skeptical. Thankful for the security provided by the hotel.

Clean room, comfortable and convenient. Great free breakfast! No restaurant but my doordash and grubhub deliveries worked out great.

It is a good hotel, Wonderful staff. Good restaurants nearby.
Pros:

It is a beautiful hotel. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The Breakfast buffet was very good. Many choices for various diets.

Cons:

Not the fault of the hotel but the neighborhood had a lot of homeless lining the street.

It's in the downtown area so that's convenient but the cleanliness of the are took away from the hotel overall experience.

Overall the stay was pretty good. I would stay again. The best feature of this hotel is the front desk attendants.
Pros:

The property location was close to the event that I was attending. The facility was clean. It was quit and the beds sleep very well.

Cons:

I did not get fresh towels and wash cloths daily and the trash was taken out. For 4 nights stay, there was only 1 housekeeping visit.

great place. Outside of the transient population it was a great place for the price. Awesome place
Pros:

Staff- manager were exceptional. Extremely patience and understanding. Rooms were awesome, breakfast was okay but could've been more.

Cons:

The breakfast was what you expect for the price. Very few selections but was okay. The location was extremely unsettling. There are people hovering around like at beer deli's. There were drug addicts and drunks all over the area. They were there in the morning and evening when we were coming and leaving. They need security
