Hotel 10/10 pero no reserves ningún tour con ellos!
Pros:

Es un hotel precioso! Las habitaciones, las terrazas y la ubicación 10/10. El desayuno fue super bueno, el mejor que tuvimos de todos los hoteles en Turquía.
El personal atento!
Sami, uno de los recepcionista fue muy amable.

Cons:

NO RESERVAR LOS GLOBOS NI NINGÚN TOUR CON EL HOTEL!
Es más caro a través de ellos.
El globo valía 80€ con agencias directamente y el hotel 200€.
ATV tour con el hotel eran 40€ y con la agencia 30€.
Y son los mismos tours. Pick up and drop off en el hotel… todo es lo mismo.
Hay muchas agencias buenas - podes ver el rating que tienen en Google y con buenos precios.
La justificación a los precios de una en recepción fue que por seguridad… pero es todo lo mismo, así que ahórrate un poco de dinero reservando por fuera.
Nos dio una mala vibra - sensación descubrir los precios aumentados que nos daban cuando confiamos en el hotel para reservar.
Por otro lado, cuando contratamos el servicio de shuttle para ir al aeropuerto, especificamos la hora de vuelo y número de vuelo, nos dijeron una hora y no fue respetado. Sabemos que un shuttle es compartido y deben recoger otros turistas pero entonces organiza la ruta de tal forma que nadie tenga contratiempos.
Tenga cuidado de contratar este servicio y no perder su vuelo!!!

It was really great and I would recommend it.
Pros:

Everything was good. Staff was really friendly I arrived in early morning even though my check in was at 2, they gave me complimentary breakfast on the arrival. They helped me to book the green tour. Breakfast was good.

Estancia estupenda
Pros:

La habitación es estupenda, muy amplia y la cama muy cómoda. Muy cerca del centro pero sin ruidos externos. Hay plazas fuera para aparcar el coche. Personal agradable. Desayuno buffet variado.

Pros:

Everything was great! Very authentic place, very comfortable room with a great view. We were living on the 3rd floor. Breakfast is very tasty on the open terrace. Nice place with the carpets on the roof. The balloons were almost on our tresses, very good view from the roof, you even don’t need to go anywhere, just get up, see balloons and proceed to sleep. Very nice and friendly team, really feel yourself like a local, living at home. Do I recommend this hotel? 1000%.

absolutely perfect
Pros:

It’s the perfect place to discover Cappadocia! You can watch the hot air balloons from the hotel terrace in the morning, which is absolutely incredible. And the breakfast is delicious too!

Excellent breakfast, staff, lots of outdoor spaces to sit and watch the balloons go up and the sun come down. Lovely ambience in the room. Hospitality was very high - including when we made a mistake on booking.com, the staff were incredibly helpful and persistent as we worked to solve the issue through the booking app. Thank you so very much!!!

Bathroom was a touch pokey.

We had such a lovely stay at Göreme Rock Cave Hotel! Manager Seda was extremely sweet and went out of her way to help us plan our excursions and recommend some amazing local restaurants. The entire staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made our stay even more special. We absolutely loved our time here and are already looking forward to visiting them again! ❤️
