Pros:

Beaucoup de points positifs. Accueil chaleureux. Chambre super, conforme au descriptif et aux photos.

Cons:

Dommage que la chambre ait sa seule fenêtre qui donne sur un espace salon. Si on l'ouvre on entend les gens discuter juste devant la chambre.
À la fin du séjour on m'a demandé de noter l'hôtel. J'ai répondu que je le faisais toujours. La réceptionniste m'a ensuite demandé de mettre la note la plus élevée. (Je ne trouve pas ça bien de demander ça. OK l'hôtel est super et j'ai beaucoup hésité à mettre 10 mais je n'aime pas qu'on me dise quelle note mettre).

Pros:

We were warmly welcomed by Aysegul. She was really helpful and friendly as well as all the other staff. The room was spacious, clean and loved the interior. Breakfast was really nice.
What we loved the most was that it’s a 2 minute walk from the shops & restaurants and has a lot of options. In the morning we woke up to see the hot air balloons which was just a couple minutes ride.

Exceptional!! Highly recommended
Pros:

The staff were all super helpful and kind, always smiling to us. :D
The breakfast was exceptional, we got to try the local authentic Turkish style breakfast and food which were very yummy too. Staff in the kitchen were all also very kind and nice.
Very good travel services from the reception desk, we rented a scooter and it's very convenient to pick up right from the hotel!
The room was spacious with all amenities and clean. Good mattress and strong and hot shower room.
The outdoor spaces are plenty for guest to chill and use with a terrace view looking at the town.
We enjoyed very much!

Cons:

If there is a fan or AC for air circulation in the room would be better. Because we stay in the basement room without window facing outdoor.
There is one public terrace space where you can't receive wifi, it's a pity, coz we love staying there to chill out.

Exceptional!
Pros:

Our room had a beautiful view of the town, especially at night with the lights! The staff was very helpful and arranged everything for us. They made our stay stress-free and comfortable. The hotel is located one street above the main street, so we got best of both worlds - quiet neighborhood, yet close to everywhere.

Cons:

Nothing - it was a perfect two nights!

Pros:

The hotel is perfectly located, just a 3-minute walk from everything. It feels brand new, it's beautifully decorated and has been recently renovated.
It has lovely vides from the terrace.
The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Aysegul, who made us feel right at home.

Cons:

The only thing we didn't like is that we found the pillows a bit thick for us.

Uno de los mejores hoteles en Göreme.
Pros:

La ubicación es impecable. A mano de todos los negocios, restarurantes, etc. Su terraza para descansar o desayunar es otro punto a favor.
Göreme es un pueblo que se camina muy fácil.
La habitación es de un nivel superior (el único detalle fue que la nuestra estaba justo debajo del desayunador, lo que temprano por la mañana podría llegar a molestarte un poco por el ruido de las sillas moviéndose).
El personal de recepción, de limpieza, del desayuno. Todos super amables y dispuestos a ayudar en lo que sea.
Hay demasiados hoteles en Göreme, pero sin duda volvería a este si tenemos la suerte de ir nuevamente a Capadocia.

Cons:

Nada.

Tuve una estancia maravillosa en este hotel. Todo estuvo muy lindo, limpio y cuidado, lo que hizo que la experiencia fuera muy cómoda y agradable. Quiero destacar especialmente la atención de Aysegul, quien fue increíblemente amable, atenta y siempre dispuesta a ayudar con una sonrisa. Su trato hizo que nuestra estancia fuera aún más especial. Sin duda, recomiendo este hotel y volvería a hospedarme aquí. ¡Muchas gracias por todo!

Pros:

Впервые оставляю отзыв об отеле, потому что действительно хочется отметить высокий уровень сервиса.
Очень понравилось всё: и номер, и обслуживание, и отношение персонала. Сотрудники всегда были вежливыми, внимательными и готовыми помочь в любой ситуации.
Отдельно хочется отметить завтраки очень вкусные, разнообразные, с большим выбором блюд на любой вкус. Также приятно удивило качество соков: это действительно хорошие соки, а не разбавленная вода, как часто бывает в других отелях.
Спасибо всей команде отеля за прекрасный отдых! С удовольствием вернусь снова и буду рекомендовать этот отель другим.

Will stay here again for my next visit
Pros:

The hotel is perfect, clean, nice room with wonderful view over the town, friendly staff. The breakfast buffet is really well prepared. I'm really satisfied with my choice and would love to spend time in the hotel.

Our stay was perfect. Amazing staff, great location and beautiful rooms.
Pros:

The staff were the nicest, friendliest people who helped us with the best suggestions, tours and made arrangements for us. We had the best time thanks to the staff. The location was amazing and close by to so many places and of course the hotel itself is beautiful. Great rooms and so clean. All in all a wonderful experience.

Pros:

The location was great, the view of the hot air balloon was phenomenal. We can see the hot air balloon from the terrace.
They saw my mom’s birthday from her passport and prepared a surprise for her, brought her cake!
The staff were very friendly, super sweet.
The room was always clean, the breakfast was fulfilling.
