Pros:

Great location and rooms were well equipped and comfortable.

Cons:

We didn’t hear from the hotel or guest services throughout our stay and didn’t feel ‘at home’ which I expect when staying at a hotel of this calibre. We also didn’t like that the elevator to our room was outside of the hotel lobby. Felt like we were ‘outsiders’ and didn’t get to make the most of the hotel facilities.

Exceptional Hotel. A couple of opportunities for improvement.
Pros:

Beautiful room in the heritage part of the hotel. Room allowed me to focus on the work I needed to get done. Interaction with staff was always excellent.

Cons:

The time it took for guest services to pick up phone on occasion.

Cleaning timeframe. Never had turn down service delivered across 3 nights.

Really like this hotel, well located, comfortable, nice bar and restaurants. Staff friendly.
Pros:

Well presented, appreciate the extra attention from staff who went out of their way to assist.

Cons:

The foyer was often cluttered with luggage and a little crowded at times, no concierge after 5pm.

Room did not match photos. Bed was comfortable but heating/cooling hard to control. Shower only warm not able to get hot water
