Highly dissatisfied with this team, Manager Mr Kishore,
Harassing me and my family from the check in time itself as we came earlier. Compelled to pay additional rs 500 for early check in and at check out time asking us to pay additional one more day rent as late check-out. This early check in and late check was already communicated with the treebo team at the time of booking through their watsapp, but was not informed us about this at the time or even at the time of check in. They gave a very poor standby room and a very pathetic washroom! Not even a bucket or mug, no toiletries nothing. Had a very bad experience with treebo iris suites team , viman nagar Pune. Poor customer care service
