beautiful grounds, big clean rooms, comfortable bed, restaurant on property, like manageress (Heather) and most of the front office staff + Steve (chef)

Cons:

Noisy at night, unreliable wifi service., no lifeguards even though property is on the beach with access to the ocean, small saltwater pool

The pool area was lovely kept well gardens well kept tidy and rooms clean

Cons:

Breakfast was hit or miss depending on staff and chef pricing high for what you got as service charge and tax added on after

Most kind and caring staff - Incredible breathtaking views - cuisine to die for! Not too secluded and yet you felt a world away from everything

Pros:

I loved the property, nice & quiet especially if you just want to relax and unwind. The room was beautiful loved the swing on the balcony. The food at the restaurant was very good & filling. Loved that the pool was open 24 hrs!

Cons:

All the remotes in my room weren't working, had to be exchanging the batteries.

Pros:

Ricardo at the bar and Billy at the front desk were pleasant and accommodating as usual. Big shout out to Alison in the restaurant as well.
The pool was clean and inviting as usual.

Cons:

Mosquitoes were out in full force at night but nothing a little repellant couldn’t fix.

Pros:

The ambienece of the place is really nice. I love it and that is why I stayed there twice. It is lovely and relaxing

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that that the TV was out of service and this was not highlighted at check in. The telephone also did not work and when asked they told me there is an issue but they will be working on iot over the weekend. That honestly spoiled my stay.
