Localização, custo e acesso.

Cons:

Não disponibilizaram toalhas (apenas uma para um casal), solicitamos a outra e não tinham para fornecer..2 dias com uma toalha de banho apenas. Água do chuveiro morna para fria (chegamos a esquentar água na chaleira para o banho). Uma pena pecar nesses detalhes pois a estrutura e o quarto são muito bons. Na chegada parece que não tinham quartos separados/pronto e nos deram outros (era uma reserva com 3 quartos).
O café era bom, porém precisávamos retirar vouchers na recepção…e o café era preparado na hora (tem um lado bom mas o lado ruim é que atrasa muito.. com movimento terminávamos a comida e o café ainda não tinha chego).

Still a good option in Sandton, but standards seem to be dropping.
Pros:

Central location, well sized and laid out rooms.

Cons:

The room (a non-smoking room) smelled of smoke from previous occupant and there were several cigarette butts outside the window that no-one had bothered to clean up.

Attention to detail is starting to slide (eg some lamps can’t be plugged in as missing adapter plugs or wrong plug-socket combination)

Confortável e bem localizada.
Pros:

O quarto é muito confortável, ótima localização, e a atendente da recepção foi muito gentil a todo momento. O café da manhã é simples mas tem boas opções de comida.

Cons:

Não tem bebedouro disponível para reabastecer garrafas (ou não achamos) e o box do banheiro é bem apertado.
