Comfortable, efficient and fuss-free
Pros:

They responded well after knowing my hubby got a cut due to the swimming pool in the hotel. We had complimentary breakfast for the 2 nights we stayed over and kept checking if he’s okay.

Still a good choice for family travel.
Pros:

Rooms so generous big and clean & fully provided with travelers’ necessities. Generous parking spaces and friendly concierge receptions. Walking distance to eateries , supermarkets and malls. 2nd time staying here and will go back if going to Desaru again.

Cons:

Not much views from rooms. No free overnight parking for hotel guests.

Clean and comfortable facilities. Large room. Bath rooms are clean. Pool towels are provided, and pool changing room facility is good.
