Very clean modern hotel.
Pros:

Very good breakfast overall with a wide variety of foods. The location is okay.

Cons:

We just missed the 2 pm shuttle and then had to wait 1.5 hours for the next shuttle at 3:30 pm.

We thought the restaurant prices were too high for what we got.

Very close to the airport. Rooms were very modern and stylish. Clean. Staff is very nice. Breakfast was very good.

Pros:

It was clean, the food was good, the sauna was nice, no major issues

Cons:

The bathroom is not private enough, all the bathroom drains were semi-blocked, the TV was crappy, Chromecast only worked during the day and stuttered constantly, outside the hotel is very ugly, it was generally overpriced for what you get

Caos organizativo, falta de implicacion del personal. La peor expericiencia como cliente

Habitaciones amplias, cama comoda.

Cons:

La organizacion es un autentico caos. No limpian las habitaciones ni cuando lo solicitas. Estuvimos tres dias con la familia en tres habitaciones y cada dia tuvimos que, con el plato en la mano y desayunando, salir a peticion del personal a aclara la situacion de los desuynos porque no constaban en la reserva. Durante tres dias no solucionaron nada despues de insistir en repetidas ocasiones. Dejadez del personal. Cada vez que me acercaba a recepcion a tratar estos temas la tenian emprendida con otros clientes insatisfechos. Increible pero ciertoCaos organizativo, falta de implicacion del personal. 5 recepcionistas - 5 versiones. de un mismo problema.

Cons:

Ich wurde am Tag meiner Ankunft in ein anderes Hotel untergebracht, weil das Hotel überbucht war. Ich hatte einen längeren Weg zu meinem Ziel und für den Parkplatz musste ich 10 € mehr zahlen als in dem ursprünglichen gebuchten Hotel.

Me resevering werdt zomaar geanuleerd toen ik de boeking maakte werd verteld kan bij aankomst betalen dus niet werd geanuleerd dus ipv 265 euro 2 nachten nu ander hotel moeten boeken heb voor 2 nachten 595 euro moeten betalen komt door onterechte anulering verschrikkelijk zal nooit meer boeken bij jullie schandalig ik heb berichten gestuurd en heb netjes gebeld slles was geen probleem mocht bij aankomst betalen werdt me verteld door een man van de receptie dus mooi niet super slecht personeel en hotel
