Definitely the place to stay at
Pros:

The hotel is just amazing, makes you feel like you’ve stepped into a different time in history. It’s just gorgeous and I was lucky enough to get a room with an inner staircase which made it feel more like a studio flat than a room.
The staff is amazing: starting from the reception to the breakfast staff.
Its location is central and despite it being close to the church, one can sleep with no issues.

Cons:

This is a subjective thing but I’m not one for sweet breakfasts so the only thing that could be improved is the breakfast.

La spa è bella ma è l’unica cosa che valga la pena vedere e provare lì, sinceramente non ci tornerei mai.

La spa è fuori dal plesso, per cui sotto la pioggia ci siamo dovuti rivestire dopo il percorso per raggiungere la stanza, da un quattro stelle non ce lo si aspetta! Il condizionatore non funzionava, usciva aria fredda, finché non sono intervenuti dalla reception per sistemarlo. Colazione misera

Erstklassiger Aufenthalt ! Sehr zu empfehlen!
Pros:

Alles!! Wunderbares, sehr stilvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer. Die beleuchtete Kuppel ist sensationell! Sehr bequeme Betten, großzügiges Bad, alles sehr sauber, jeden Tag frische Handtücher, Personal äußerst höflich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück herzhaft und süß, cameriere Mimmo erfüllt freundlich und zuverlässig alle Wünsche. Alles perfekt!

Cons:

Leider kann man nicht direkt an der Unterkunft parken. Das war aber kein Problem. In den Nebenstraßen haben wir immer einen Parkplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe gefunden. Daher keine Beanstandungen.
