Pros:

I love where the hotel is situated as i was traveling with kids next to Spur and Panarottis. Their breakfast was delicious will be booking with them on 24th to 25th October for another TACC event happening in Mthatha.

Cons:

The standard room i was given room 72 had no fridge👎The check in took long as I was assisted by a Trainee who took his time in doing the process yet. I was very dissapointed as I tired because I had a long drive from Durban to Mthatha👎

It's near restaurants

Cons:

I couldn't watch news on the television set provided seemingly there was no remote, and the guy sent there was nothing He could do.
There were no drinking glasses, the reception could only send 1. There was one coffee mug which was used by my husband. I feel for the executive room they could do better

They gave us a room with plumbing problems, immediately after using the bathroom,the whole bathroom bloods with water on the floor.

Aircon not working.
