Little bit disappointed
Pros:

Right beside metro very handy to get to airport or straight into dam square

Cons:

Booked and left a note saying was our anniversary and my birthday and first time getting a break from kids taught mayne we would got some nice complimentry something but no I booked this hotel because everyone says spotless but we walked into rubber glove on the ground I said ok went straight into wash my hands after been on metro there was long black hair in sink ,went into bedroom there was all grit at end bed like someone had pit a wet shoe ontop asked my husband to pull back covers were there were more black long hairs so no way was I staying there went down for a room change staff were friendly moved us next rrom bathroom had clear markings from some ones beer bottle rims all over by sink and same on cill at windows in main room glass marks bottle marks sticky but room was cleaner so we stayed there ,pillows were like cushions very uncomfortable but other then that hotel was fine

كانت اقامة ممتعة وجميلة ولو عدت الى امستردام لن اختار فندق اخر بالطبع شكرا لكل موظفيكم وبالاخص موظفي الاستقبال

اعجبني الموقع قريب من المترو وهذا جعل التنقل سهل جدا و الترحيب من الموظفين كانوا ودودين جدا ولطيفين والترتيب والنظافة والهدوء الفندق به عزل جيد واعطونا موظفي الاستقبال فطور مجاني اول يوم وكانوا يكتبون لنا رسائل بخط اليد يشكروننا على اقامتنا لديهم مع هدايا متنوعة كبسكويت او كوكيز ويضعون لنا مشروبات غازية في الثلاجة كهدية اعجبتني هذه الرسائل كانت حنونة ودافئة وبالذات انها بخط اليد وكل مرة كان الخط مختلفا احتفظت بالكروت كذكرى …

لم يعجبني عدم وجود شطاف نحن كمسلمين نحتاج الشطاف كحاجتنا للماء والهواء نتمنى وضع شطاف في الفندق لتكتمل اقامتنا في فندقكم الجميل …
كما لاحظت عدم وجود فرش اسنان ولا ادوات خياطة ولا اي كماليات واغراض شخصية كاعواد الاذان والقطن الخ … وللامانه انقطع زر رداء ابني و طلبت منهم عدة خياطة واعطوني بكل رحابة صدر ولم اجرب طلب باقي الاشياء لانني احمل معي لحسن الحظ فرش ومعجون وباقي الاغراض الشخصية ربما هي متوفرة بالطلب لا اعلم .

Pros:

Comfortabel, luxe en perfecte locatie. Leuke foodhall op 100 meter en groot winkelcentrum op 400 meter.

Cons:

De bar was s avonds gesloten ivm ziekte personeel, kan gebeuren maar voor ons jammer omdat we er maar één nacht waren

Schone kamer. Vriendelijk personeel. Goed ontbijt.

Kamer vrij klein voor de prijs die je betaald.
Handige locatie maar geen top locatie voor de prijs die je betaald. Zelf inchecken niet erg klantvriendelijk voor de prijs die je betaald.

Pros:

Большой, просторный номер. Удобная кровать. Метро рядом (2 минуты ходьбы). До центра на метро 10 минут. Вообщем всё ок, но есть небольшие нюансы.

Cons:

Из чайника проливалась вода, из душа (из шланга) тоже лилось. Сообщили на рецепшен - 0 реакции. Вообще персонал не очень (за исключением 2 девушек). Про парковку в отеле будте осторожнее: за первый въезд заплатите 29 евро - и это не за сутки. Каждый въезд/выезд платный. Это узнали только по факту - персонал не объяснил.
