Pros:

A circa dieci minuti di metro dal centro di Amsterdam. Camere spaziose e pulite. Staff molto gentile e sempre disponibile. Acqua di benvenuto nel frigo (non scontata) e cialde in camera.

Top Hotel für einen Kurztrip
Pros:

Ein wirklich tolles und stylisches Hotel mit wunderschönen, modernen Zimmern. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Besonders gefallen hat uns das große Badezimmer mit einer schönen Auswahl an Pflegeprodukten.

Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und bot eine sehr große Auswahl – hier war für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Auch das Personal war durchweg sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Lage ist ebenfalls perfekt: Die Metro ist nur etwa 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Von dort aus erreicht man Amsterdam Centraal schnell und unkompliziert. Auch die Verbindung zum Flughafen ist sehr praktisch.

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen. Absolute Empfehlung! ⭐️

Perfect 10/10 stay. Will do it again
Pros:

The breakfast was varied. It had scrambled eggs, different types of fresh pasteries and bread, which was high quality. It also had fresh juice and good coffee.

The hotel is located near a metro station, with cameras around for safety and it made the location to different parts of the city and to different cities more accessible. There is also a cafe nearby and a movie theater within walking distance, so you never need a car or a taxi.

The staff is quiet professional and great especially Jhana and Sashia.

Moderna e con diversi elementi di design! Stanza spaziosa, letto comodissimo, sistema di climatizzazione Dyson pazzesco, bagno moderno con grande doccia e prodotti top! A disposizione macchinetta del caffè con capsule e bollitore elettrico con the e tisane!!!
La colazione super, c’era qualunque cosa si potesse desiderare!
Pur non essendo in centro, la fermata della metro è a cinquanta metri dall’hotel ed essendo il capolinea della linea Noord si trova sempre il treno a disposizione; spostamenti velocissimi!

Modern hotel, but the sewer smell, uncomfortable surroundings at night and serious reservation-data security issue made

The room itself was modern, clean and comfortable, and having the metro so close is convenient for getting into central Amsterdam.

Cons:

Unfortunately there were several significant issues. There was a very strong sewer smell coming from the shower drain, bad enough that we were putting a towel against the bathroom door to try to stop the smell reaching the room. We had to complain about it twice. The immediate area around the hotel also felt quite rough and poorly lit at night, which made returning after dark uncomfortable. Most concerning was a security incident before our stay. I received fraudulent WhatsApp messages containing details linked to my actual reservation. The hotel later confirmed that unauthorised access had occurred through a third-party provider and that personal information associated with the reservation may have been accessed. I also had to repeatedly chase for a meaningful response after reporting the fraudulent contact. Overall, these issues seriously affected what should have been a much better stay.

En dehors de la ville et en même temps extrêmement bien placé avec le métro qui relie au centre d’Amsterdam en moins de 5min. La parking de l’hôtel, parfait pour éviter les problèmes de stationnement liés à Amsterdam. Si nous revenons dans la ville ce sera dans cet hôtel
