Very nice and friendly staff!
Pros:

Loved this property. It’s the only place I stay when I come to Tupelo. The safe is nice and the place is clean! Smells good & that’s important (and I have a strong noise). Shout out to Mrs. Carissa, I believe her name was. She was a house keeping lady who customer service and greeting was memorable.

Beautiful and appreciated beginning and very physically painful ending.
Pros:

The front desk staff exceeded expectations. I was allowed to check in early because I was camping the night before and our air mattress burst in the middle of the night. After hours of agony on ground with only tent bottom, packed up and arrived at Tru before noon and was given a room early.

Cons:

The fire alarm went off. Elevators shut down. Evacuated 4 flights down to outside NWS Heat WARNING. No elevator access after alarms stopped. As I am having knee replacement surgery, ate dinner before crawling up 4flights. No elevators next morning.
