The room is clean and comfortable, with an excellent location: 50m from the Basilica!

Cons:

Although the room is excellent, elderly people and people with disabilities should be aware that there are two or three very steep flights of stairs to reach it.

Also, although the room is very near Piazza San Marco, the address and directions to the property are incomplete and confusing, making it difficult for the user to locate it.

Location so good

Cons:

Room a little smaller than I like, solo traveller so not biggest issue, own bathroom but down hallway.
Steep stairs but staff offered to carry luggage.
Despite this it was a great place to stay.

Pros:

La ubicación es excelente y el personal muy amable. Todo correcto y limpio.

Cons:

El hotel es muy sencillo y la habitación muy pequeña. El acceso es complicado, según la habitación hay que subir varios pisos a través de una escalera bastante estrecha.

We absolutely enjoyed the stay! Being within Venice made it walkable, convenient, and had us make the most of our time t
Pros:

We loved the location of the the property and the staff was very kind and accommodating. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean.

Cons:

The property was very expensive for the facilities but considering that it’s Venice and we found out there was an art exhibit (we didn’t know about initially) the price might be expected to be expensive.

Absolute torture!!! Do not stay here unless you want bed bugs and to be robbed.

Bed bugs. Unresponsive reception on the phone and in person. Scammed out of hundreds of dollars. Having to take legal action.
