Pros:

Otelin konumu şehir merkezine oldukça yakındı ve kendine ait özel bir plajı bulunuyordu. Odamıza ilk girdiğimiz andan çıkış yaptığımız ana kadar birçok hoş sürprizle karşılaştık. Odamıza ait özel havuzda keyifli vakit geçirdik. Otelin personeli son derece ilgiliydi ve sunulan hizmet gerçekten üst düzeydi. Tek olumsuz yanı, denizin çakıl taşlı olmasıydı. Bu nedenle deniz ayakkabısı olmadan denize girmek biraz zor oluyordu. Kahvaltıda kullanılan ürünler de oldukça kaliteli ve lezzetliydi. Son olarak bagaj muhafaza hizmetleri olması bizi çok rahatlattı

I stayed at this hotel two years ago and had a much better experience back then. Unfortunately, this time I was quite disappointed.

The hotel seemed much busier, and it was obvious that the staff were understaffed and service was very slow.

We stayed on a half-board basis, but the dinner concept was never properly explained. They say that “most of the menu is included,” but in reality only one main course is included, while the others come at an extra charge. The dessert menu has five options, but only three are included. If you’re staying for three days or more, you’ll quickly run out of included dessert choices. It constantly feels like they’re trying to charge extra for something, which leaves a bad impression.

Breakfast was similar. Only omelets and fried eggs are included, while the other egg dishes cost extra. You constantly have to ask what’s included and what isn’t, and unfortunately there wasn’t enough staff who could clearly explain it in English.

The biggest disappointment, however, was how our charger issue was handled. Every day housekeeping unplugged and neatly folded our charging cables. On the third day, my charger had once again been unplugged and folded, but this time it had clearly been dropped or bent and was broken. It stopped working completely. I didn’t have a spare charger with me, so I informed the reception.

The way this situation was handled was extremely disappointing. They told us we would have to wait until the next morning for housekeeping to report back. Meanwhile, I had no way to charge my phone. If housekeeping hadn’t reported the damage—which I’m not even sure they would have—would they have admitted responsibility a day later? None of the proposed solutions felt reasonable. Since we were staying in a swim-up room, it was quite ridiculous that they seemed to think we were chasing compensation over the price of a charger. We were on an island without a car and were simply looking for a practical solution.

Erhohlung ab der 1. Minute!
Pros:

Sehr schönes, modernes Ambiente. Alles gut durchdacht- auch an Kleinigkeiten wie zB Orientierungsleuchten in den Zimmern, wurde gedacht.

Cons:

Die Nähe zum Flughafen könnte man negativ bewerten (Start und Landebahn direkt hinter dem Hotel) aber eigentlich beeinträchtigt das in keinster Weise den Urlaub.

Genel itibariyle iyiydi.

Cons:

Karşılaştığımız sorunların çözümünde sorun yaşadık. Örneğin duş taşıyordu kaç kere söylememize rağmen geçici çözümlerle geçiştirdiler. Herhangi bir özür, ilgi alaka yoktu. Private havuzumuz vardı ama temizleyin lütfen demenize rağmen doğru düzgün temizlemediler.

Ειχε υπερβολικη φασαρια το βραδυ σε σημειο που ο υπνος ηταν δυσκολος, το ξενοδοχειο πρεπει να ενημερωνει πως η χρηση της πισινας δεν πρεπει να γινεται νυχτερινες ωρες και τα μπαλκονια να χρησιμοποιούνται πολυ ησυχα στις ωρες κοινης ησυχιας

Cons:

The service did not match the price. Staff were often slow, breakfast was average, our room felt small with limited storage, and the check-out process was uncomfortable. The receptionist’s arrogant attitude when we raised our concerns was especially disappointing.
