Important information:

Guests are required to send a copy of their photo ID (passport or driving license) and front of card used to book within 72 hours of booking, otherwise the booking will be canceled. Check in will not be permitted unless these documents have been provided. For last minute bookings or those booking made within 72 hours of check-in, photo ID/front of card must be sent by noon on the day of arrival.

This can be sent via booking.com, our guest management system DUVE or by email/WhatsApp.

The minimum guest age is 25 years old. Any guests under 25 must be accompanied by an adult who is 25 years or above.

Only the booked number of guests are permitted to use the property. Any additional guests will be charged for and may result in the loss of security deposit.

No parties/loud music or anti social behavior allowed.

Late check out/early check in can be requested at a charge of £20 per hour. This is granted at the discretion of the property and subject to availability.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Fabulous apartment, great location and value for money. Highly recommend.
Pros:

Great location for walking into Broughty Ferry or driving further afield. Beautiful apartment, easy to access, fresh decor, spotless and very comfortable, well equipped kitchen. Excellent value for money. Would highly recommend a stay here.

Ideally located for my needs in a beautiful home

Cons:

I think for 1-2 people ideal 4 would push it as shower and toilet in the ensuite would mean no real privacy at night

Cons:

Needed a deep cleaning and a refurbishing.
This is not a luxury apartment!!!
Everything is glass, waste of space. Nowhere to put kitchen food.
No surfaces anywhere to put anything. Everything on the floor in the bathroom not even one shelf.
Badly thought out design for self catering.
They charge extra for everything.
Not as close to train station as portrayed.

Pros:

Stayed here before and returned for one simple reason, the apartments are cracking!
This one had the jacuzzi bath which was fab!

The lounge was well equiped, the bed was very comfortable and the location was only a 10 minute walk to the centre of Broughty Ferry and a short drive to Dundee.

It was extremely relaxing and we will definitely be back.
Pros:

Loved the jacuzzi/ tub as well as how spacious and clean the whole area was. Also great how quick and easy it is to get to broughty ferry.

Pros:

We received a lovely welcome from Sean. The house was beautiful, and our apartment was very clean and furnished to a high standard. Even had a dishwasher, which was a bonus. The bed was very comfortable, and the heating was easy to control apart from in the dining area, which was very cool. French doors to the garden and a seating area, which would be nice in the summer.

Cons:

The bathroom did not have anywhere to put toiletries or toothbrushes, a shelf would be a good idea.

We left a day early a complete disaster and a waste of money
Pros:

The property should not be available because it is unsafe . Our accommodation was down a flight of stairs into effectively a dungeon. There were no windows to the outside and only exit was locked with no key available. A disaster waiting to happen.

As above . All furniture and fittings were of the lowest quality

Everything seemed perfect for our needs. We would book again.
Pros:

High spec property, with a good design for the space. Lots of different extras, tea coffee milk, biscuits, Local for the beach and the shops/ restaurants/cafes, trains and buses.

Cons:

A few maintenance jobs needed a tweak. Loose tap and door tread and a draw that did not shut.

Pros:

Breakfast not applicable. Overall the facility was good, clean and the TV and WiFi worked. No problem in getting access to the property, well explained by video. For improvement I would say some bits of furniture had seen better days, could do with a lick of paint in some areas.
