It is a bit pricey for the level of service and facilities provided.
Pros:

The staff were incredibly respectful and helpful. When we arrived, a young staff member helped us find our villa, which was located outside the main hotel area. He spoke English well, was very polite, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. His kindness and professionalism were greatly appreciated.

Cons:

The Booking.com listing could be clearer about the location of the villa. It is situated in a separate alley on a very steep hill, which can be quite challenging for elderly guests like my parents, especially since we had to walk to the main hotel every morning for breakfast.

The kitchen could also be better equipped. There were only a limited number of utensils, glasses, pans, and other basic kitchen items.

The water heater was quite noisy, which was disturbing at night.

Finally, the overall cleanliness could be improved, particularly in the yard and entrance area, which were quite dusty.

Fabuleux!
Pros:

J'ai passé une très belle semaine dans cet hôtel, pour le travail, mais également pour quelques jours de vacances. Une chambre immense, ainsi qu'une salle de bain très spacieuse. La vue sur le Bosphore était à couper le souffle. Le personnel adorable. Il est idéalement situé pour les visites touristiques dans un quartier charmant et animé. L'hôtel est au calme par contre. Le restaurant en rooftop est excellent! Je recommande vivement cet établissement.

Pros:

Das eigentliche Hotel mit Restaurant auf dem Dachgarten kann hier nur hinsichtlich Dachgarten-Restaurant mit Frühstück sehr positiv bewertet werden. Auch vom Ausblick her.
Die Villa liegt über einem Park mit sehr guter Aussicht von einem der Schlafzimmer. Ohne riesige Kreuzfahrtschiffe unmittelbar am Kai im Hafen davor. Das kann das Hotel aber nicht beeinflussen.
Den Berg runter ist gleich eine Straßenbahn Haltestelle direkt zum Bazar und zum alten Palast. Oder in der anderen Richtung zum neuen Palast oder zu den Dinner Schiffen kurz davor

Cons:

Mit einer möglichen Belegung der Villa mit bis zu 6 Personen ist Bad und Toilette auf 2 Ebenen nicht ideal. Aber für eine Gruppenreise mit 6 Personen ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis einfach anders als für 2 Personen, wo dann das eigentliche Hotel im obersten Stock mit Aussicht sicher besser geeignet sein könnte

i liked the staff
Pros:

i was surprised to see a small size hotel, but after i checked in i was amazed from the help of the reception behind the desk was a very helpful young man OGZUL was very friendly , the breakfast restaurant on the roof has an amazing staff, THE YOUNG receptionist was cute with beautiful smile, so is the main chef, breakfast was repetitive, but the atmosphere in the restaurant make you feel satisfied, good service , i really liked the staff i felt we are friends , thank you all

Cons:

only issue was the noise from the little cafe next to the hotel young people were talking and laughing until very late on the morning hours , which it was annoying, but when i advised the receptonist they tried to address the issue , but not entirely

L'albergo è in una posizione ottimale per visitare, anche a piedi, le principali attrazioni della città. Il valore aggiunto è senz'altro la terrazza su cui viene servita la colazione, che offre una vista sul Bosforo mozzafiato!
